10 Best Personalization Software in 2026
Short answer: Personyze Starter at $149 a month for 50,000 pageviews when the site itself should change. RightMessage Scale at $199 a month per project, billed annually, when visitors are unlimited and the page should follow a segment.
I would not sign an enterprise personalization contract until I know whether the job is a rule on the page or a message to someone who already bought. Dupple data: Toolradar, our software directory, tracks 33 personalization tools (September 2026) on its personalization ranking. Splitting traffic for everyone is a different purchase, covered in A/B testing tools, and the profile those rules read usually lives in a customer data platform. I verified every price on the vendor's own site on September 23, 2026, and no vendor paid for a place in this order.

What personalization software does
Personalization software changes what one visitor sees, or which message a known customer gets, using a rule or a model tied to that person. A test that shows two versions to random traffic is a different product, which is why this is not a rerun of conversion rate optimization tools, and quizzes that never change the page sit with form builders.
How we chose
Toolradar's personalization category lists 33 tools, updated September 2026, and I ranked 10 for a team buying this quarter. The directory leads with Insider One, so its order is not the order below. Prices come from each vendor's site on September 23, 2026, and no vendor paid for a slot.
Personyze, when the page has to change and the price is public
Personyze prices by pageviews, not by seat, and Free is the editor with a hard cap, so you can see whether a rule on the current site is enough.
Who it's for: A team that wants headlines, offers, and recommendations to change before anyone books a call.
Free is 5,000 pageviews, 1 domain, 3 active campaigns, and 8 AI tasks a month, with no card. It includes no-code personalization, A/B testing, web recommendations, and the AI copilot.
Starter is $149 a month for 50,000 pageviews, 1 domain, and 12 AI tasks, plus $40 per extra 100,000 pageviews. That card adds dynamic landing pages, social proof, account-based marketing, and 24/7 support. Growth is $250 a month for 100,000 pageviews and 2 domains, and open-time email starts there. Power is $450 a month for 1 million pageviews. Enterprise starts at $1,450 a month for 10 million pageviews, which is where the mobile SDK and the headless API sit, and paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The catch: One extra 100,000-pageview block on Starter is $40, so 150,000 pageviews costs $189, which is still below Growth. Move up a tier for a second domain or open-time email, not because traffic ticked up, and extra AI tasks are $0.50 each on Free and Starter.
The default when the website is what you are personalizing and you want a number before the call.
RightMessage, when visitors are unlimited and the segment comes first
RightMessage bills quizzes, offers, and website personalization per project, with unlimited visitors. The plan name decides whether the website changes, so the cheapest plan may leave the page alone.
Who it's for: A content or SaaS site that would rather pay a flat project fee than a pageview meter.
Grow is $79 a month per project, billed annually at $948 for the year. It covers quizzes, segmentation, and on-site CTAs, and it does not include website personalization or email personalization. Scale is $199 a month per project, billed annually at $2,388 for the year, and that is the first plan with both, plus Klaviyo. Pro is $399 a month per project, billed annually at $4,788 for the year, and that is where A/B testing, visitor profiles, HubSpot, and Salesforce sit. The page says yearly billing saves 20 percent against paying month to month.
The catch: Grow looks like the entry personalization plan, but the website stays the same until Scale, and HubSpot sync waits for Pro.
The flat-fee pick for a content site, if you read the website-personalization row before you checkout Grow.
Klaviyo, when the person is already a customer
Klaviyo personalizes messages and the on-site account for people it already knows. The billing guide meters email on active profiles and on sends.
Who it's for: A store whose personalization is the flow, the email block, and the logged-in account.
The pricing page lists free at up to 250 active profiles, 500 emails a month, and $5 of mobile messaging. Structured prices put email entry at $20 for 251 to 500 active profiles, and email plus SMS at $35 on that band. A paid plan's send cap is 10 times the profile cap, so 500 profiles means up to 5,000 emails.
Customer Hub, the on-site account, starts at $20 a month for up to 10,000 profiles and is not in the email plan. Marketing Analytics starts at $100 a month for up to 13,500 profiles. Professional support starts at $500 a month, and Enterprise support starts at $1,800 a month.
The catch: An active profile is anyone Klaviyo can email, including a checkout address that never opted in. Above the free cap, sending stops until the count is back under 250, and a cleanup can take 72 hours to refresh. The hub plan does not replace a sitewide tool.
The customer-messaging layer, and a poor substitute for changing the homepage for a stranger.
Rebuy, when the store is Shopify and the job is the product
Rebuy is recommendations, cart offers, and search for Shopify. The bill follows orders, and the package you tick is the product you get.
Who it's for: A Shopify brand that wants the cart and the product page to recommend, not a marketer rewriting headlines.
Monetize is free and pays the store $0.20 to $0.35 or more per transaction, and the card estimates $175 a month. A single paid package starts as low as $25 a month. Platform One, the full suite, is $534 a month billed monthly, and annual billing is 10 percent below that rate. Premium support is a separate line in the builder. Trials are 14 days on a package and 30 on Platform One, billing follows the previous 30 days of orders, and checkout extensions are Shopify Plus only.
The catch: The entry package is one product, and checkout blocks require Shopify Plus.
The Shopify recommendation buy, and a tool to leave off the short list if the store is somewhere else.
Kameleoon, when the public price is for experiments
Kameleoon sells prompt-based experimentation at a public starter price, and personalization is an enterprise add-on.
Who it's for: A team that will run tests this month and can wait on a quote before it personalizes.
The free trial is 30 days, no card, and up to 3 experiments. Starter starts at $495 a month, with up to 10 experiments and 50,000 monthly tracked users, and that same cap is also labeled visitors. One project is included, and at 100 percent of the quota, experiments stop. Enterprise is custom, and that is where the comparison puts personalization, the code editor, and bandits.
The catch: The trial does not keep your tests or your data, and if the brief says the page should change for one segment, you are on the custom plan, not the public starter.
A public price for testing, and still a quote when the job is personalization.
Optimizely, when personalization shares a contract with the stats engine
Optimizely sells personalization as its own product beside experimentation. The plans page says every plan is individually packaged, and there is no public dollar.
Who it's for: A team that already runs Optimizely experiments, or that needs the stats engine on the same contract.
The personalization page says the company is trusted by 10,000 or more brands, and a testing contract does not include personalization. What testing costs as a category is in A/B testing tools.
The catch: A year of Optimizely personalization cannot sit next to a pageview plan until the quote arrives, so budget the implementation with the license.
The enterprise default when the stats engine and personalization should be one vendor.
Dynamic Yield, when the catalog is what you personalize
Dynamic Yield, part of Mastercard, sells Experience OS through an RFP. The RFP page covers personalization, recommendations, A/B testing, and optimization, and it states a 2026 leader mark for the eighth consecutive time, and it publishes no list price.
Who it's for: A retailer or a card issuer running a formal RFP around the catalog, not a headline swap.
There is no list price, and the release notes for August 1, 2026 add the catalog and merchandising logic inside ChatGPT, and July 15, 2026 added agents that build campaigns in natural language, and neither update publishes a price.
The catch: A site on a published pageview tier can compare other vendors this week, and Dynamic Yield cannot until the proposal comes back.
The recommendations platform you procure, not the tool you turn on this afternoon.
Bloomreach, when search, email, and the site are separate modules
Bloomreach sells email, SMS, and web personalization as Autonomous Marketing, plus search and a shopping agent. Loomi AI is included at no extra charge, and the price is still a quote.
Who it's for: A commerce team that wants search, or email, or web personalization, without taking the whole suite on day one.
The subscription is a module fee plus a usage fee, billed annually, and higher volume lowers the per-unit rate. Excess usage is invoiced separately, and campaigns keep running, and no module has a printed dollar. The page cites a Forrester study at 251 percent ROI over 3 years and $2.3 million in savings from retiring older tools, and that is Bloomreach publishing the study, not a budget number.
The catch: The ROI figure is not the module fee, and a usage spike still invoices.
The commerce suite when you want modules instead of one bundle, if you bring traffic and catalog size to the call.
Webflow Optimize, when the site is already on Webflow
Webflow Optimize is the add-on that used to be Intellimize, and it runs tests, rules, and an AI mode that picks the variant. It is native on Webflow, so any other CMS is a sales conversation.
Who it's for: A Webflow site that needs a few live tests and audience rules.
The pricing page meters Optimize by page views. 25,000 page views a month is $299 a month billed yearly, or $379 month to month. Yearly, then monthly, the next steps are $399 and $499 at 50,000 page views, $549 and $699 at 100,000, $799 and $999 at 250,000, and $1,199 and $1,499 at 500,000.
Personalization and AI Optimize are on that add-on, capped at 5 concurrent optimizations. Enterprise, from 1 million page views a year, is a quote, and ABM plus CRM integrations sit there. A site that is not on Webflow has no published Optimize price.
The catch: Webflow's help center says two consecutive months over the page-view limit upgrades the add-on at the next bill, so one fat month does not.
The priced pick when Webflow is already the CMS, and the wrong number to send if the site lives somewhere else.
Insider One, when every channel should be the same contract
Insider One covers web, app, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and search in one suite. The homepage says 2,000 or more customers and calls itself a 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for personalization engines, and the public site publishes no list price.
Who it's for: A brand that wants the website, the app, and messaging decided in one platform and can wait on a quote.
The public site does not print a plan or a dollar. Web personalization is one channel next to email, push, and WhatsApp.
The catch: There is no small public plan beside a pageview tool, and a homepage-only gap does not need this contract.
The cross-channel suite, and a skip when one site and a public price would answer the brief.
What you will actually pay
At 150,000 pageviews, Personyze stays on Starter plus one overage block, the $189 case above, which still beats Growth unless you need a second domain or open-time email. Webflow's monthly price on the second page-view tier is $499, with that same optimization cap. RightMessage Scale is $2,388 a year, and a second site is a second project.
Klaviyo's email plan, Customer Hub, and Marketing Analytics are three invoices. Rebuy's full suite is Platform One, not the single package. Kameleoon's public starter still excludes personalization. Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach, and Insider One publish nothing you can multiply. Skip Rebuy off Shopify and use an ecommerce CRM. On Shopify, the rest of the stack is the Shopify AI stack.
How to choose
If a stranger should see a different page and you need a price this week, start on Personyze Free and leave it once those free caps are used up. On Webflow, price Optimize at the page-view tier you have, and keep Enterprise for ABM. If the meter should not be pageviews, use RightMessage Scale, not Grow.
If the person is already in the database, buy Klaviyo and treat Customer Hub as the on-site piece. Shopify recommendations are Rebuy only on Shopify, and public-price experiments are Kameleoon, where personalization is the enterprise add-on. Nosto is the other commerce quote: a base fee plus volume, no standard trial, a proof of concept instead, and a 99.99 percent uptime SLA on the scalability package. Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach, and Insider One are the RFP group. The page itself may already be a website builder or a landing page builder.
Pricing mistakes that change the bill
Checking out RightMessage Grow because the page says personalization leaves the page alone: website campaigns start on Scale, Grow only collects the segment, and the annual bill is $948.
Reading the Webflow entry tier as unlimited testing misses the concurrent-optimization ceiling, and two months over the page-view cap is what upgrades the add-on.
Treating Kameleoon's public starter as a personalization license buys experiments and a tracked-user quota, while personalization is the custom plan and the trial deletes the work.
Counting every Klaviyo profile as a subscriber counts a checkout address that never opted in, and the free plan stops sending above 250 active profiles.
Budgeting Rebuy at the single-package line pays for one product, while the full suite is Platform One and checkout extensions require Shopify Plus.
Comparing an RFP vendor to a pageview tier you have not measured fails because Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach, and Insider One will not print a dollar, while Personyze will, including the $1,450 Enterprise tier.
Quoting the Webflow add-on for a site that is not on Webflow uses a site-plan rate, and other CMSs are a sales conversation.
FAQ
What is the best personalization software in 2026?
Personyze, when the site should change on a public bill: Starter is $149 a month for 50,000 pageviews. Webflow Optimize fits a Webflow site at $299 a month billed yearly for 25,000 page views. RightMessage Scale fits unlimited visitors at $199 a month per project, billed annually. Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Bloomreach, and Insider One are quotes.
How much does personalization software cost in 2026?
In September 2026, published entry points run from Rebuy's single package at $25 a month and RightMessage Grow at $79 a month billed annually, through Personyze Growth at $250 a month, up to Kameleoon at $495 a month and Rebuy Platform One at $534 a month. RightMessage Pro is $4,788 a year per project. Four vendors on this list publish no comparable dollar.
Is there a free personalization tool in 2026?
Personyze Free stays at 5,000 pageviews, 3 campaigns, and 8 AI tasks a month, including A/B testing, with no card. Klaviyo's free plan is 250 active profiles and 500 emails, which is messaging rather than a site rule. Kameleoon's trial is 30 days and does not save the tests. Rebuy Monetize is free because the store earns a cut per transaction. The other vendors here do not offer an ongoing free personalization plan.
Should I buy Personyze or Webflow Optimize?
Buy Webflow Optimize when the site is on Webflow and the concurrent-optimization cap is enough. Month to month on the entry tier is $379. Buy Personyze when the CMS is something else, or when you want a free tier that is not tied to Webflow, because other CMSs do not get the published Optimize rates.
Is Klaviyo personalization software?
It personalizes email, SMS, and the on-site customer account, and it does not rewrite the homepage for an anonymous visitor. The email entry plan is $20 for 251 to 500 active profiles, and Customer Hub is a separate subscription for up to 10,000 profiles. The wider category is in email marketing software.
What happened to VWO and AB Tasty?
On January 20, 2026, VWO's blog said the two are joining forces, subject to closing conditions, into a business with more than $100 million in revenue and over 4,000 customers. Existing contracts stay as they are, and VWO still sells Personalize beside Testing. The testing side of that story is in A/B testing tools.
Do I need a customer data platform before personalization software?
You need a source for the attributes the rule uses, and that source does not have to be a separate platform on day one. Personyze and Webflow's self-serve add-on can target from on-site behavior, location, and campaign parameters without a separate platform. CRM and firmographic targeting is the jump: Webflow puts those integrations on Enterprise, and RightMessage puts HubSpot and Salesforce on Pro. If the profile does not exist yet, start with customer data platforms or the customer database you already run.
Bottom line
Start on Personyze Starter when the page should change and the invoice has to be public. Start on Webflow Optimize when Webflow is the CMS and the concurrent-optimization cap covers the live work. Use RightMessage Scale when visitors should be unlimited, and do not buy Grow for that job. Klaviyo and Rebuy cover the known customer and the Shopify cart. Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach, and Insider One are RFPs.
