How to report an error on dupple.com, what happens next, and what we have fixed · Last updated September 25, 2026

If something on dupple.com is wrong, a price, a plan name, a claim about a product or a missing source, tell us and we will check it against the primary source and fix the page.

How to report an error

Email [email protected] with:

the URL of the page;
what the page says and what it should say;
where the right figure is published, ideally the vendor's own pricing page, documentation, filing or advisory.

We usually reply within two business days. Vendors are welcome to report errors about their own products; a request without a source, or one that asks us to remove a criticism rather than correct a fact, will not change the page.

What happens next

We re-read the primary source ourselves. A report is a lead, not a source.
If the page is wrong, we fix every place on it that repeats the error (summary, table, cards, FAQ and structured data) and the other pages on the site that make the same claim.
The page's "Updated" date moves to the day of the fix. Its original publication date does not change.
Substantive corrections are listed below, with the date and what changed. Typos and wording changes that do not change a fact are not listed.

Neither held: some products are listed because they have an affiliate program with us, some guides carry paid placements, and we do not test products ourselves. The page now lists every source of revenue and what each one can change.
September 25, 2026	/how-we-rate	Correction	This page said paid placement never changes a rank on dupple.com. Some /learn guides include a vendor that paid to be listed, sometimes at a set position. The page now says so, and each of those guides names the vendor in a disclosure under its title.
September 25, 2026	/learn	Correction	About 200 guide titles and 300 descriptions said we had tested the products ("8 Tools I Actually Tested", "I tested the best ..."), and some guides reported results of tests that never happened. Those claims and invented results were removed; the guides now say they compare vendor pricing pages, documentation and public user reviews.
September 25, 2026	/reviews	Correction	Detailed reviews said pricing and features were "verified against the vendor site as of" the month the page was last rebuilt. They now give the date the prices were actually checked, or say the review has no dated price check yet.
September 25, 2026	/learn/best-free-ai-image-generators	Correction	Ideogram no longer sells a Basic plan: its cheapest paid plan is Plus at $20 a month. The guide's cheapest-paid-entry comparison now rests on Krea Basic at $9, Leonardo's plan names and prices were updated, and the same Ideogram fix went into three other image guides.
September 25, 2026	/learn/gemini-vs-chatgpt	Correction	The comparison said Gemini offered a 2 million token context window. Google documents 1,048,576 input tokens for Gemini 3.1 Pro and lists no 2M model. The claim was corrected, models and plans were refreshed from the vendors' pages, and benchmarks we could not source were removed.
September 24, 2026	/reviews	Correction	On 89 tool reviews, prices were checked against each vendor's own pricing page, wrong figures were corrected, and the pricing section now links that page with the date it was checked.
September 18, 2026	/reviews/lemlist	Correction	The review used retired lemlist plan names (Email Starter, Email Pro, Multichannel Expert, Outreach Scale) and old prices. It now shows lemlist's current Email plan (from $55 per user a month, billed annually), Multichannel (from $87) and custom Enterprise, and says that lemwarm is included in every plan rather than sold separately. The same fix went into the lemlist compare and alternatives pages.
August 31, 2026	/learn/how-to-use-runway-ai	Correction	Runway Gen-4.5 costs 12 credits per second (60 credits for a five-second clip), not 25. Corrected here and in two AI video roundups.
August 25, 2026	/learn/best-free-ai-music-generators	Correction	Soundraw, a tool this guide recommends, aggregates to 2.2 out of 5 across 499 public reviews, 498 of them on Trustpilot. Instead of dropping it quietly, the guide now reports that figure and adds a warning: pay monthly, and check the cancellation path before you subscribe.
