Best B2B Contact Databases in 2026: Priced for 3 Reps

Trusted by780,000+ Techpresso subscribers·Editorial policy·How we make money

For three reps needing 2,000 verified emails a month, the cheapest dollar plan that covers it on 19 Oct 2026 is Hunter Starter at $34 a month billed yearly, with no headroom. Datagma Regular is next at $49 a month for three seats billed annually. No free plan gives a seat more than 100 credits a month.

Best B2B Contact Databases in 2026: Priced for 3 Reps. Last updated October 2026.
Database Plan priced Yearly bill, annual billing Yearly bill, monthly billing Free plan Meter
Hunter Starter $408 $588 50 credits a month Credits
Datagma Regular plus 2 seats $588 $708 100 credits a month Credits, $5 seats
SignalHire Unlimited Emails $756 $948 5 credits Credits, fair-use cap
Snov.io Pro $891 $1,188 50 credits a month Credits
Apollo Basic, 3 seats $1,764 $2,340 900 credits a seat per year Seats
Clay Launch $2,004 $2,220 100 data credits a month Credits, actions
Kaspr Business, 3 seats $2,844 $3,564 15 email credits a month Seats, export cap
Lusha Premium, 5 seats $3,599 $4,799 40 credits a month Seats, credits
Dropcontact Starter, 4,000 credits EUR 792 EUR 948 50 credits Credits

Rows are sorted by the yearly bill on annual billing, in dollars, with Lusha rounded to the dollar. Hunter and Kaspr also show dollar prices, which the table uses. Dropcontact prices only in euros, so it sits last and is not ranked against the dollar rows; on monthly billing the order holds except that Clay comes in below Apollo.

Dupple data: we read 12 vendor pricing pages on 19 Oct 2026 and 10 publish a price. Across the 8 dollar-priced plans, the yearly bill for the same team runs from $408 to $3,599 on annual billing, a spread of about 8.8 times.

Credits, seats and export caps are three different meters

Hunter, Datagma and Snov.io sell credits, Apollo and Kaspr sell seats, and two vendors put a ceiling on top of the plan: an export limit at Kaspr and a fair-usage limit at SignalHire.

What is a B2B contact database?

A B2B contact database is a service where sales teams search and reveal business emails, phone numbers and company records, metered in credits, seats or export limits.

How we picked and priced these

I read each vendor's own pricing page and priced one buyer: three outbound reps who need 2,000 verified emails a month. A plan counts as covering that buyer only when its page shows enough monthly email credits or exports and room for three people; where the page does not say, the card says so. Nothing here comes from running the products.

1

Hunter: the lowest bill, with nothing spare

Hunter Starter is $34 a month billed yearly or $49 billed monthly, with 2,000 credits a month and unlimited team members. A found email costs one credit, so the scenario uses every credit, and re-verifying an address costs another half credit. Free gives 50 credits a month. Growth is $104 a month billed yearly or $149 monthly for 10,000 credits, and Scale is $209 or $299 for 25,000. Hunter prints euros to visitors in France (EUR 34 and EUR 49 for Starter) and dollars to US visitors. The pricing page lists no phone product.

Verdict

pick Hunter when email alone is enough and volume stays flat; a team that dials needs a second tool.

2

Datagma: two extra seats at $5 each

Datagma Regular is $39 a month billed yearly or $49 billed monthly for 3,000 credits and one seat, and each extra seat costs $5 a month. One credit buys one verified email, so the scenario leaves a third of the credits spare. Popular includes three seats and 7,500 credits at $79 billed yearly or $99 monthly, Expert includes five seats and 22,500 credits at $209 or $249, and Free is $0 for one seat. Unused credits roll over for up to 12 months on paid plans.

Verdict

pick Datagma when you want credit headroom or a few mobile numbers, and price phones first, because one mobile costs 30 credits.

3

SignalHire: unlimited users, capped at exactly the scenario

SignalHire sells Emails at $69 a month for 1,000 credits, or $57 a month billed annually for 12,000 credits a year, which cannot cover the scenario. The Unlimited package is $79 monthly or $63 a month billed annually, and a fair-usage policy on the page limits spending to 2k credits per month, so the scenario sits exactly on the cap. Users and exports are unlimited. Free is 5 credits, or 10 a month once the browser extension is installed.

Verdict

pick SignalHire to avoid seat math, and keep a second source for any month above the cap.

4

Snov.io: unlimited seats and 5,000 shared credits

Snov.io Pro at its smallest size is $99 a month billed monthly or $74.25 billed annually, with 5,000 credits, 25,000 recipients, 150 enrichment tokens and unlimited team seats. Starter is $39 monthly or $29.25 annually for 1,000 credits, too few here. Credits are shared between email search and verification, and Pro's grid shows 5,000 of either, so the scenario fits even if each address is found and then verified. Phone lookups spend enrichment tokens: Pro includes 150 a month, the page does not say how many tokens a phone costs, and more tokens are sold through a separate Enrichment subscription at $0.02 each. Credits expire every 30 days unless you pay annually or enable plan renewal.

Verdict

pick Snov.io for one flat team price with outreach built in; skip it if phone numbers are a large share of the volume.

5

Apollo: published seat prices, credits pooled across the team

Apollo publishes four tiers per seat per month. Free is $0 with 900 credits per seat per year. Basic is $49 billed annually or $65 billed monthly with 30,000 credits per seat per year, Professional is $79 annually or $99 monthly with 48,000, and Organization is $119 on annual billing only, with a three-seat minimum and 72,000. An email costs one credit and a phone number eight. Credits are pooled across the team, so three Basic seats hold 90,000 a year against the 24,000 the scenario needs. Every seat must sit on the same plan, and unused credits expire each cycle. More options are in our Apollo.io alternatives guide.

Verdict

pick Apollo when sequences and a dialer matter as much as the data, and you accept paying per rep.

6

Clay: a workflow tool that publishes no credits per email

Clay pulls data from 150+ providers instead of owning a database, so it sells two meters. Free is $0 and metered in both. Launch is $167 a month billed annually or $185 billed monthly, with 2,500 data credits and 15,000 actions. Growth is $446 or $495 with 6,000 credits and 40,000 actions, and Enterprise is custom. Every plan has unlimited users. The pricing page gives no credits-per-email figure, so Launch covers the scenario only if each lookup costs 1.25 credits or less. Phone enrichment starts on Launch.

Verdict

pick Clay to build enrichment workflows, not to buy a list at a known price per email.

7

Kaspr: billed per user, with a LinkedIn extension

Kaspr bills per user, and its Chrome extension reveals contacts on LinkedIn profiles. Per user and month, Starter is EUR 45 billed annually or EUR 59 monthly, and Business is EUR 79 or EUR 99. Kaspr also lists dollar prices ($79 per user billed annually, $99 monthly), so three Business seats cost $237 a month billed annually or $297 monthly. Starter has unlimited B2B email credits but only 12,000 exports a year, about 1,000 a month, while Business allows 30,000. The page does not say whether those caps apply per user or per account. If they are per user, three Starter seats at EUR 135 a month billed annually would cover the scenario; if per account, only Business does, so I priced Business. CSV enrichment of LinkedIn URLs and bulk automations come on every plan, and API access is on request from Starter up.

Verdict

pick Kaspr when reps work inside LinkedIn, and ask Kaspr how the export cap is counted.

8

Lusha: the third rep forces the five-seat plan

Lusha Free gives 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 monthly or $37.45 a month billed yearly, for 400 credits a month and one seat. Professional is $69.90 monthly or $52.45 billed yearly, for 600 credits and two seats. Premium has five seats and 3,400 credits for $399.90 monthly or $299.95 a month billed yearly, so a third rep forces Premium. One credit reveals an email and five reveal a phone number.

Verdict

pick Lusha only when phone numbers outweigh the bill, since 3,400 credits is 1.7 times the volume needed.

9

Dropcontact: euro-only tiers that jump past the scenario

Dropcontact prices only in euros and sells credits in tiers. Starter is EUR 29 a month for 500 credits, EUR 59 for 1,500 and EUR 79 for 4,000, or EUR 24, EUR 49 and EUR 66 a month billed yearly. Nothing sits between 1,500 and 4,000, so the scenario needs the largest of the three. Growth adds credit carry-over and LinkedIn URL enrichment, at EUR 120 monthly or EUR 100 a month billed yearly for the same credits. A free offer exists, credits return when no email is found, and the page states no seat count.

Verdict

pick Dropcontact for euro billing and credits that return on a miss, if you can use the full allowance.

Also checked: RocketReach, ZoomInfo and Cognism

RocketReach lists $33, $75 and $142 a month billed annually for Essentials, Pro and Ultimate, with yearly export caps of 1,200, 3,600 and 20,000. Even the top cap falls short of the 24,000 exports a year the scenario implies, and the page does not say whether caps are per seat, so it stays unranked. ZoomInfo and Cognism publish no price: ZoomInfo ties cost to features, licenses and credit usage, and Cognism lists Standard and Pro with five seats each and a talk-to-sales button. Our sales intelligence tools guide covers that tier.

What three reps really pay

Annual billing cuts the monthly rate by about 10% at Clay and about 31% at Hunter, computed from each vendor's own monthly and yearly prices. Seat math: Datagma is $39 plus two $5 seats, Apollo and Kaspr multiply a per-seat price by three, and each total is multiplied by 12.

Prices checked on the vendors' own pages on 19 October 2026: Hunter, Datagma, SignalHire, Snov.io, Apollo, Clay, Kaspr, Lusha, Dropcontact, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, Cognism.

How to choose

Email only and a flat bill: Hunter, then Datagma if you need headroom or a few mobile numbers. Phones as well as emails: Lusha or Apollo (5 and 8 credits per number against 30 at Datagma, though a credit costs a different amount at each vendor). Reps who work inside LinkedIn: Kaspr. Enrichment workflows: Clay. For what comes after the list, see our sales prospecting tools comparison.

Common mistakes

  1. Reading "unlimited" as no limit. SignalHire's Unlimited stops at 2k credits a month, and Kaspr's unlimited B2B email credits still meet a 12,000-export cap on Starter.
  2. Pricing the plan, not the seats. Lusha's Professional has two seats, so a third rep means Premium.
  3. Paying monthly for a plan you keep. Annual billing saves $180 a year at Hunter and $216 at Clay.
  4. Missing the tier gap. Dropcontact has no tier between 1,500 and 4,000 credits.
  5. Treating a free plan as a pilot. A single free seat or account tops out at 5% of the scenario.
