For a 10-seat sales team, our pick on price is Fireflies Business: $2,280 a year on annual billing, $3,480 a year on monthly billing, read on its pricing page on 19 Oct 2026. It is the lowest-priced dollar tier here that lists conversation intelligence. Gong and Salesloft publish no price.

Each total multiplies the per-seat price by 10 seats, and by 12 months for the annual column; multiply the monthly column by 12 for a year of monthly billing. Laxis names no unit, so its rows assume ten subscriptions.

Dupple data: we read 10 vendor pricing pages on 19 Oct 2026, 8 publish a price.

You may not need to open with a Gong quote. A Fireflies Business seat lists conversation intelligence and team analytics for admins at under $20 a month on annual billing, and Gong publishes no figure to weigh that against. For note-takers beyond sales calls, see our guide to AI meeting assistants.

What is conversation intelligence software?

Conversation intelligence software records sales calls, transcribes them and analyzes what reps and buyers say, so managers can coach reps and judge deals. A note-taker stops at recordings, summaries and action items.

How we chose and ranked these ten

Each vendor competes for a sales team and has a pricing page we read on 19 Oct 2026. This is a pricing comparison built from vendor pages, not a product test. A CI tier is a plan where the vendor's page lists conversation intelligence by name, or call scoring, scorecards or coaching; every other plan is a note-taker.

Priced CI tiers come first, ordered by 10-seat annual cost, then the note-taker vendors, then the two with no price. Otter leads the note-takers because its quote-only Enterprise tier lists call objectives and live coaching, which Laxis has no tier for. Grain, tl;dv and Avoma's Organization tier tie on annual cost, so they run alphabetically, except that Avoma goes last because its page calls that tier's conversation intelligence limited.

1

Fireflies.ai: the lowest-priced CI tier in dollars

Fireflies pricing lists Pro at $10 per seat per month billed annually or $18 billed monthly, and Business at $19 billed annually or $29 billed monthly. Enterprise is $39 per seat per month with annual billing only. Free covers 400 minutes of storage per team.

Business adds conversation intelligence and team analytics for admins, plus unlimited storage against Pro's 8,000 minutes per seat. The catch is depth: the page names no call scoring or scorecards, and Business includes 30 AI credits that features such as AI skills draw on.

Verdict

start here when price decides and a CI label is enough, but ask managers whether missing scorecards matter first.

2

Fathom: scorecards and deal view at the next price up

Fathom pricing lists Team at $15 per user per month billed annually or $19 billed monthly, and Business at $25 billed annually or $34 billed monthly, with a 2-user minimum on both. Free covers unlimited recordings and transcripts, and Enterprise is quote-only.

Business is the CI tier, with coaching metrics, AI scorecards, deal view and CRM field sync that Team does not list. Team lists trackers for competitor mentions and objections, but its CRM sync stops at 3 users per domain, a limit a 10-rep team passes at once.

Verdict

the first tier here that names AI scorecards, at $3,000 a year for ten seats on annual billing, against $5,760 for Avoma's add-on route.

3

Grain: a sales tier with free viewers

Grain pricing lists Starter at $15 per seat per month billed annually or $19 billed monthly, and Business at $29 billed annually or $39 billed monthly. Enterprise is quote-only. Free allows unlimited meetings of up to 45 minutes each and keeps 30 days of meeting history.

Business is the sales tier, with HubSpot and Salesforce sync, AI coaching, trackers and team interaction metrics that Starter does not list. Everyone who does not record, upload or import meetings joins as a free viewer, so managers who watch cost nothing.

Verdict

a good fit when managers watch and comment rather than record.

4

tl;dv: playbook monitoring and objection handling

tl;dv pricing lists Pro at $18 per seat per month billed annually or $11 more billed monthly, and Business at $29 billed annually or $39 billed monthly. Visitors in Europe see euro amounts. Free keeps recordings unlimited, with AI notes on up to 10 meetings and retention of up to 3 months.

Business is the CI tier, with unlimited multi-meeting AI insights, AI playbook monitoring, AI objection handling, scheduled AI reports and team-wide integrations and automations, and it carries no usage-based AI fees. The catch sits on Pro, where multi-meeting Ask AI is limited to up to 5 queries. Enterprise is quote-only.

Verdict

worth a look when playbook monitoring and objection handling matter, once you have checked its price in your own currency.

5

Avoma: limited CI on Organization, scoring through the add-on

Avoma pricing lists Startup at $19 per recorder seat per month billed annually and the Conversation Intelligence add-on at $29 per seat per month billed annually or $35 billed monthly, so Startup plus the add-on is $48 billed annually or $64 billed monthly. Organization, the tier above Startup, lists "Limited Conversation Intelligence" without the add-on, and its 10-seat totals are in the table. Avoma offers a 14-day Organization trial and lists no free plan.

The add-on is the route that names AI coaching recommendations, call scoring, custom scorecards and smart trackers. Revenue Intelligence is a second add-on at the same price, so Startup with both reaches $77 per seat per month on annual billing, or $9,240 a year for ten seats. Viewers are free.

Verdict

Organization is the cheaper way to a limited CI label, while the add-on route names scoring but more than doubles the Startup seat price.

6

Claap: the priciest row in the table

Claap pricing lists Pro at $32 per license per month on yearly billing or $40 billed monthly, and Business at $60 on yearly billing or $75 billed monthly. Visitors in Europe see euro prices instead, so check the figure on your own screen. Basic licenses are free for people who do not record.

Business adds AI coaching, CRM auto-complete, AI-generated emails, deal insights, unlimited recording time and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Pro lists no HubSpot or Salesforce integration and records up to 1,000 minutes a month.

Verdict

the priciest dollar row in both cost columns, so it needs a concrete reason, such as CRM auto-complete, to beat the cheaper CI tiers above it.

7

Otter.ai: a note-taker until you ask for an Enterprise quote

Otter pricing lists Pro at $8.33 per user per month on the annual toggle or $16.99 monthly, and Business at $19.99 on the annual toggle or $30 monthly, all in dollars. Enterprise is quote-only.

Pro stops at 5 billed users, so a 10-seat team starts at Business, which allows 25. Business syncs notes to Salesforce or HubSpot for 5 users. Call objectives with live coaching, centralized customer calls and Otter Sales Notetaker sit in Enterprise, which has no list price.

Verdict

a note-taker for ten reps where five get CRM sync, and the coaching features start at the quote tier.

8

Laxis: a low-priced note-taker with CRM automation

Laxis pricing lists Premium at $9.99 a month billed yearly or $15.99 billed monthly, and Business at $19.99 billed yearly or $29.99 billed monthly. The page names no per-seat unit, so our totals assume ten subscriptions. Free covers 300 minutes a month.

Premium lists 2,000 minutes a month, keyword tracking and Conversation Insight. Business adds unlimited transcription, CRM automation, 7000+ app integrations and team admin. The page names no scorecards, call scoring or coaching tier, so we class Laxis as a note-taker.

Verdict

a fit for reps who need notes and CRM automation without scoring features.

9

Gong: no published price

Gong pricing says licenses are priced per user, with a platform fee based on the number of users supported, and asks you to fill in a form for a customized proposal. Fathom's page offers people switching from Gong Business free through their contract, plus data migration.

Verdict

request the quote, ask for the per-user license and the platform fee as separate lines, and compare the sum with the table.

10

Salesloft Conversation Intelligence (formerly Clari Copilot): no published price

Salesloft Conversation Intelligence is where Clari's old Copilot product page now redirects, and Clari Forecast appears in Salesloft's platform menu. Salesloft lists no price and directs buyers to Talk to Sales.

Verdict

a quote-only option for teams already on Salesloft or Clari, unrankable against the nine above without a price.

Pricing: what ten seats really cost

Billing basis can reorder this list. Fireflies Business on monthly billing costs more than Fathom Business on annual billing, and monthly billing adds 25% to 53% across the CI tiers. The worked example for Fathom Business is 10 seats × $25 × 12 months = $3,000.

Grain, Avoma and Claap bill for the people who record and give everyone else a free view or basic seat, while Fireflies counts every teammate added to a workspace as a seat. Caps hide the rest: Claap Pro and Laxis Premium limit monthly minutes, and Grain Free ends each meeting at 45 minutes.

How to choose

For a CI label at a low price, take Fireflies Business; for AI scorecards and deal view named on the plan, Fathom Business; if managers watch but do not record, Grain Business. Choose Avoma to buy modules separately, tl;dv Business for playbook monitoring, and Laxis or Otter Business for notes plus CRM automation.

For coaching programs beyond call data, see our guide to sales training software, and for forecasting and pipeline inspection, see revenue intelligence platforms.

Common mistakes

Buying a note-taker and expecting scorecards. Moving ten seats from Fireflies Pro to Business later costs $1,080 more a year.

Choosing Otter Pro for ten people. Pro caps billed users below your headcount, so you start at Business at $2,398.80 a year on the annual toggle.

Paying monthly by default. Claap Business is $9,000 a year on monthly billing against $7,200 on yearly billing, a $1,800 gap for the same ten seats.

Counting CRM sync as included. Fathom Team syncs a CRM for 3 users per domain and Otter Business for 5, so the remaining reps fall outside the sync.

Pricing the base seat and forgetting the add-on. Avoma Startup looks cheap until the add-on lifts ten seats to $5,760 a year.

FAQ

Is there a free conversation intelligence plan?

For free note-takers, see our guide to free AI meeting assistants.

Grain Business and Claap Business list both. Fathom Team caps CRM sync at 3 users per domain, while Business shows no cap and adds field sync. Fireflies lists both on its integrations page, Avoma lists both for saving notes to CRM records, and Laxis Business lists CRM automation.

Bottom line

For ten seats, start with Fireflies Business if price decides, Fathom Business if AI scorecards matter, and Grain Business if managers watch but do not record. Ask Gong and Salesloft for quotes after you hold these numbers.
