The AI stack I would give a solo founder in 2026
Most "founder stacks" are 22 logos. You will not install 22 tools. You will install three, feel guilty about the rest, and keep using Gmail.
This is five tools for five jobs. I picked them because we reviewed them and, in one case, we actually run the product (Dub) on our own links. If a job is not on this list, skip it until it hurts.
The five

That is the stack. Calendar, call, notes, email, link. You can run a company on it for a quarter without buying a sixth seat.
What I left out on purpose
- A second chat model. Pick ChatGPT or Claude or Perplexity as the daily driver. Perplexity is on the list because research is the founder job that leaks the most time.
- A design tool. Use what you already have.
- A CRM. Add Copper or Dex when the spreadsheet of people actually breaks. Not on week one.
- An SEO toy. Add Peec AI when you have pages worth citing. Our SEO statistics explain why that moment is later than vendors say.
How to install it in a day
Morning: Cal.com booking link in your signature. Afternoon: Granola on the next three calls. Evening: one Dub branded domain for the links you already share. Next week: Fyxer on the follow-ups you have been dreading. Perplexity whenever you would have opened ten tabs.
Do not migrate your whole company on a Sunday. Replace one habit per week.
What this costs
