Best Amazon Seller Tools in 2026

Trusted by780,000+ Techpresso subscribers·Editorial policy·How we make money

For a new seller with 20 SKUs who needs product research, keyword tracking and profit analytics, the cheapest stack we priced on 19 Oct 2026 is AMZScout Seller's Bundle ($349.99) plus Sellerboard Standard ($179), both billed annually, for $528.99 a year. Billed monthly, Data Dive Starter plus Sellerboard Standard wins at $58 a month.

Best Amazon Seller Tools in 2026. Last updated October 2026.
Tool Plan priced Annual billing, per year Monthly billing, per month Jobs covered Hidden costs and limits
Sellerboard Standard $179 $19 Profit analytics 3,000 orders a month; EU prices net, VAT may apply
AMZScout Seller's Bundle $349.99 $49.99 Research, keyword tracking Cheaper PRO Extension lacks the trackers; renewal price and tracker limits not stated
Data Dive Starter $390 $39 Research, keyword tracking 25 Rank Radar keywords; no trial listed
Jungle Scout Growth Accelerator $588 $79 Research, rank tracking Starter has no Rank Tracker; extra seat $459 a year
SmartScout Essentials $1,188 $119 Research, keyword tracking Basic has no tracking
Helium 10 Platinum $1,188 $129 Research, profit tracker Keyword tracker add-on extra; 20 ASINs lifetime
Seller Snap Starter $1,200 No monthly rate Repricing, profit tracking Revenue cap of $15K a month
Teikametrics Essentials $1,788 $179 Ad automation Ad spend cap of $10K a month

Where a vendor shows a monthly rate for its yearly plan but no yearly total (SmartScout, Helium 10, Teikametrics and Seller Snap), the annual column multiplies it by 12. Each price comes from the vendor's pricing page, read on 19 Oct 2026, except Data Dive's yearly totals, which come from the price service behind its checkout.

Dupple data: we read the pricing pages of 8 vendors on 19 Oct 2026, and all 8 publish an entry price (AMZScout lists plans on two pages).

At SKU number one, research decides what to launch, keyword tracking shows whether it ranks, and profit analytics shows what Amazon's fees leave. You can leave out Seller Snap and Teikametrics at launch: Teikametrics manages ad spend, and Seller Snap manages repricing and lists profit tracking too, but its $1,200 a year plan costs more than six times Sellerboard's annual price. Cheaper options leave a job uncovered: Jungle Scout Starter plus Sellerboard is $1.99 a year lower with no Rank Tracker, and AMZScout's PRO Extension lacks the trackers.

What is an Amazon seller tool?

An Amazon seller tool is software for one of three jobs: finding products to sell (research), watching where your listings rank for target keywords (keyword tracking), or measuring what is left after fees and costs (profit analytics).

How we chose

We compare vendor pricing pages, feature lists and published limits, and we do not run the tools. The 8 picks cover the three jobs plus the two tools a seller meets next, ad automation and repricing. Each is priced on the plan that covers its job in the scenario and ordered by annual price, lowest first, with the monthly price breaking the SmartScout and Helium 10 tie.

1

Sellerboard, the lowest-priced profit analytics here

Verdict

a new seller who wants profit per SKU from the first order.

Sellerboard Standard is $179 billed annually or $19 billed monthly, with a 1 month free trial and no credit card needed. Professional, Business and Enterprise are $279, $369 and $759 billed annually, or $29, $39 and $79 billed monthly, with order caps of 3,000, 6,000, 15,000 and 50,000 a month. Standard lists a real-time profit dashboard covering Amazon fees, cost of goods sold, advertising, refunds and net profit.

The catch: the plan table lists no keyword or rank tracking, its Keyword Research and Search Term Performance pages are marked for brand-registered sellers, and Sellerboard says EU prices are net and VAT may apply.

Verdict: the lowest annual price in this guide, so five of the six stacks below include it. For the books behind the margin numbers, see our best ecommerce accounting software roundup.

2

AMZScout, the lowest-priced annual plan with research and keyword tracking

Verdict

a seller who wants research and keyword tracking on one low annual plan.

AMZScout's extension pricing page lists Amazon Seller's Bundle at $349.99 billed annually, $49.99 billed monthly or $1,499 lifetime. The Bundle lists a Product Tracker with daily tracking, reverse ASIN lookup and a Keyword Tracker for organic positions. The cheaper PRO Extension ($197.99 billed annually, $45.99 monthly, $499 lifetime) marks those three, plus Quick View and Stock Stats, as not included. The homepage lists a separate AI Bundle with a Keyword Tracker at $399.99 for 12 months, $169.99 for 3 months and $59.99 for 1 month, with add-on packs at $29.99 per 3 months. Paid plans carry a 10-day money-back guarantee, and the homepage also advertises a no-credit-card "unlimited-time trial" started with an email address.

The catch: the two pages list different plans, the annual price sits beside a crossed-out $1,084, and neither page states a renewal price or a cap on tracked keywords or products. No profit analytics is listed.

Verdict: the lowest annual price here for research plus keyword tracking, on the Bundle rather than PRO Extension.

3

Data Dive, the lowest-priced monthly plan with research and keyword tracking

Verdict

a seller who prefers month-to-month billing while validating a niche.

Data Dive Starter is $32 a month billed yearly (its checkout charges $390 a year) or $39 billed monthly, with 100 Dive ASINs and 25 Rank Radar keywords. Standard is $124 a month billed yearly ($1,490 a year) or $149 monthly with 1,000 Dive ASINs and 1,000 keywords, and Enterprise is $408 a month billed yearly ($4,900 a year) or $490 monthly. Data Dive says Rank Radar tracks a product's organic rank and PPC performance.

The catch: 25 keywords is barely more than one per SKU for this catalog, the pricing page lists no trial or guarantee beside its "2 months of Data Dive free!" banner, and its Profits tool is a profit forecast calculator, not profit analytics.

Verdict: the lowest monthly-billed price here for a plan that lists both research and keyword tracking.

4

Jungle Scout, Growth Accelerator is the plan that adds rank tracking

Verdict

a seller who wants a broad research toolkit and will pay for rank tracking.

Catalyst Starter is $29 a month billed annually ($348 a year) or $49 monthly. Growth Accelerator is $49 a month billed annually ($588 a year) or $79 monthly, and Brand Owner is $129 a month billed annually ($1,548 a year) or $149 monthly. Extra seats on the two higher plans cost $459 a year. Jungle Scout offers a 7-day money-back guarantee and no free trial.

Starter has a Product Tracker for 50 products, 50 Keyword Scout searches a month and no Rank Tracker. Growth Accelerator adds a Rank Tracker for 500 keywords, a Product Tracker for 150 products, 250 searches a month and Sales Analytics.

The catch: Starter has no Rank Tracker, so it leaves keyword tracking uncovered, and the plan list has no line named profit analytics.

Verdict: pick Growth Accelerator for one broad research suite, at a higher price than the research and tracking plans above.

5

SmartScout, keyword tracking starts at Essentials

Verdict

a seller who wants brand and category data alongside keyword research.

On its monthly toggle Basic is $49, Essentials $119 and Business $299, and on the Yearly toggle they are $29, $99 and $239 a month, with Enterprise custom. The three self-serve plans are labelled full access with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Basic covers product-level data and Keyword Research through Search Terms Explorer, and Essentials adds brand-level data plus "Unlimited Keyword Research & Tracking" through Search Terms Explorer and Rank Maker.

The catch: Essentials is the lowest SmartScout plan that lists tracking, so the Basic rate does not cover the scenario, and profit analytics is not a listed feature beyond an FBA Calculator.

Verdict: a fit for brand and category research, at the same annual price as Helium 10 Platinum and a lower monthly rate.

6

Helium 10, research and profit on one login, tracking by add-on or Diamond

Verdict

a seller who wants research and profit reporting in one account.

Helium 10 Platinum is $99 a month billed yearly ($1,188 a year) or $129 billed monthly, and Diamond is $279 a month billed yearly ($3,348 a year) or $359 monthly. Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month billed annually, by demo. Platinum lists product research, 100 competitive-keyword searches a month, a profit tracker with limited profit reporting and 20 ASINs lifetime. Diamond adds rank tracking over time, profit and loss reporting and 1,000 ASINs lifetime. The pricing page lists no trial or guarantee, and its FAQ mentions a limited Free plan.

The catch: Platinum does not list rank tracking, and the Keyword tracker add-on ("track even more keywords beyond what your products are ranking for") starts at $19 a month with no billing basis stated. If the add-on enables tracking on Platinum, the pair starts at $1,416 a year, with no room for a 21st ASIN.

Verdict: choose it for one login across research and profit reporting and, once the tracker add-on is counted, accept a higher bill than every two-tool stack priced here.

7

Seller Snap, repricing once you have SKUs and revenue to manage

Verdict

a seller who needs automated repricing on Amazon, with Walmart from Accelerator.

Seller Snap Starter is $100 a month paid annually ($1,200 a year) with no monthly rate, covering 1,000 SKUs, 1 marketplace, 1 user and up to $15K a month in revenue. Accelerator is $250 billed monthly or $212 a month billed $2,544 a year, adding Walmart and 3 users. Standard is $500 billed monthly or $425 a month billed $5,100 a year, with 15,000 SKUs and no revenue cap, and Enterprise is "Let's talk". Every plan starts with a free 15-day trial that needs no credit card.

The catch: the feature grid lists profit, revenue and margin tracking but neither product research nor keyword tracking, and Starter stops at $15K a month in revenue.

Verdict: leave it out of a first launch.

8

Teikametrics, ad automation for sellers already spending on ads

Verdict

an Amazon or Walmart seller with up to $10K a month in ad spend.

Teikametrics Essentials is $149 a month on the annual plan ($1,788 a year; monthly rate in the table) and includes the ARI suite (Ads, Catalog, Inventory, Insights) and Refunds Recovery. Advanced and Enterprise are custom priced plus 3% of ad spend over $10K. The trial page offers a 30-day risk-free trial, and our Teikametrics review goes deeper.

The catch: it automates advertising, and the Essentials page lists neither product research nor rank tracking.

Verdict: leave it out until you have ad spend to optimize.

Pricing: what you'll really pay

Five of the six stacks add the same Sellerboard Standard plan, so their totals differ by the research and tracking plan, while Helium 10 covers profit with its own tracker. Prices checked 19 Oct 2026 on the vendor pages linked in each pick.

Pricing: what you'll really pay: Best Amazon Seller Tools in 2026. Last updated October 2026.
Stack Jobs covered Annual billing Monthly billing
Jungle Scout Starter + Sellerboard Standard Research and profit; no keyword tracking $527 a year $68 a month ($816 a year)
AMZScout Seller's Bundle + Sellerboard Standard All three $528.99 a year $68.99 a month ($827.88 a year)
Data Dive Starter + Sellerboard Standard All three, 25 keywords $569 a year $58 a month ($696 a year)
Jungle Scout Growth Accelerator + Sellerboard Standard All three $767 a year $98 a month ($1,176 a year)
SmartScout Essentials + Sellerboard Standard All three $1,367 a year $138 a month ($1,656 a year)
Helium 10 Platinum + keyword tracker add-on All three if the add-on enables tracking; profit reporting limited; add-on at its starting price $1,416 a year $148 a month ($1,776 a year)

On annual billing the AMZScout stack is $40.01 below the Data Dive stack. Monthly billing flips the order: Data Dive Starter ($39) plus Sellerboard ($19) is $10.99 a month below the AMZScout stack, and paying the AMZScout stack monthly costs $827.88 over twelve months, $298.89 more than annual billing.

How to choose

Month to month: Data Dive Starter plus Sellerboard Standard, if 25 keywords covers your launch terms.

A year ahead: AMZScout Seller's Bundle plus Sellerboard Standard, after checking its tracker limits inside the 10-day guarantee.

Broadest research suite: Jungle Scout Growth Accelerator with Sellerboard. Sellers who also run a Shopify store can compare options in our best CRM for ecommerce ranking.

Common mistakes

1. Pricing Jungle Scout Starter as a full stack. With Sellerboard it is $527 billed annually, and it still has no Rank Tracker, so the small saving buys two of the three jobs.

2. Comparing a yearly rate with a monthly one. AMZScout's Seller's Bundle costs $599.88 over twelve months billed monthly against $349.99 billed annually.

3. Treating a money-back guarantee as a free trial. Jungle Scout and SmartScout refund within 7 days, so you pay first, while Sellerboard gives 1 month free with no credit card.

4. Buying Helium 10 Platinum at the headline price. The $1,188 plan does not list rank tracking, and a tracker add-on would lift it to $1,416 a year.

5. Paying for ad or repricing tools too early. Teikametrics Essentials is $1,788 on its annual plan and Seller Snap Starter is $1,200 paid annually, and neither lists research or keyword tracking.

FAQ

What is the best Amazon seller tool stack for a new seller in 2026?

For 20 SKUs that need all three jobs, AMZScout Seller's Bundle plus Sellerboard Standard is the cheapest stack we priced at $528.99 billed annually on 19 Oct 2026, and Data Dive Starter plus Sellerboard Standard is cheapest month to month at $58.

How much do Amazon seller tools cost?

The entry plans in the table run from Sellerboard Standard, the lowest annual price, to Teikametrics Essentials at $1,788 a year, and the full stacks run from $58 to $148 a month billed monthly.

Is there a free Amazon seller tool or trial?

Sellerboard has a 1 month free trial and Seller Snap 15 days, both without a credit card, and Teikametrics has a 30-day risk-free trial. Jungle Scout and SmartScout offer money-back guarantees instead, and AMZScout pairs a 10-day guarantee with a no-credit-card trial on its homepage. Helium 10 mentions a limited Free plan, and Data Dive lists neither.

Do I need Helium 10 or Jungle Scout?

Neither is needed for the cheapest stack: Jungle Scout's first plan with a Rank Tracker is Growth Accelerator at $588 billed annually, and Helium 10 Platinum does not list rank tracking but sells a tracker add-on.

Is monthly or annual billing cheaper?

Annual billing is cheaper for every stack we priced. The AMZScout stack costs $827.88 over twelve months billed monthly against $528.99 billed annually, a gap of $298.89.

Bottom line

Buy the three jobs, not eight tools. AMZScout Seller's Bundle plus Sellerboard Standard covers all three on annual billing, and Data Dive Starter plus Sellerboard Standard covers them month to month. Check both tools' keyword limits against your catalog before paying, and leave ad automation and repricing until there is spend or revenue to manage. Prices were checked on 19 Oct 2026.
