Trusted by780,000+ Techpresso subscribers·Editorial policy·How we make money

For 500 listings and $10,000 in monthly sales on 19 Oct 2026, RepriceIt is the cheapest of nine Amazon repricers at $9.95 billed every 30 days. Others, billed monthly: BQool Basic $25, Aura Starter $47, RepricerExpress $79, Repricer.com Core $109, Seller Assistant Business $109.98, Informed Professional $199. Sellery (1% of sales) and Seller Snap Starter (paid annually) both cost $100.

Dupple data: we read 9 vendor pricing pages on 19 Oct 2026, 9 publish a price. Six of the nine (Aura, Informed, RepricerExpress, Repricer.com, Seller Assistant and Seller Snap) send their top tier to a sales call or a quote, against 126 of 377 tools in our count of vendors that gate a price tier, and the scenario plan costs 20 times as much at Informed as at RepriceIt.

Best Amazon Repricing Software in 2026. Last updated October 2026.
Tool Plan that covers 500 listings Billed monthly Billed annually Free trial Hidden costs
RepriceIt Basic, 1 to 500 items $9.95 every 30 days Not published 30 days Amazon.com only; Pro Merchant account required
BQool Basic, 1,000 rule-based and 50 AI listings $25 $22.50 a month 14 days AI on all 500 listings needs Premium
Aura Starter, unlimited listings, 250 Maven AI, sales up to $15K $47 $37 a month ($451 a year) 14 days Maven AI on all 500 needs Essential at $97 monthly
RepricerExpress One plan, 1,000 SKUs, 1 channel $79 $59 a month 14 days Offer note on page, no end date; no published price beyond 1,000 SKUs
Seller Assistant Business, 500 repriced products on annual billing $109.98 ($79.99 plus a $29.99 add-on) $69.99 a month ($839.88 a year) 14 days Monthly Business covers 250 products
Repricer.com Core, up to 3,000 SKUs, 3 channels $109 $99 a month 14 days Buy Box tools start at Scale

Seller Snap Starter, 1,000 SKUs, up to $15K revenue Not offered $100 a month ($1,200 a year) 15 days Revenue cap; one marketplace
Informed Professional, no SKU or revenue limits $199 Not published 14 days Add-ons cost $29 to $49 a month

The meter matters more than the sticker price. For Aura's Maven AI on all 500 listings, Aura Essential is $97 billed monthly, or $77 a month billed annually. Annual billing gives BQool Basic $22.50, Aura Starter $37, RepricerExpress $59, Seller Assistant $69.99 and Repricer.com Core $99. Picks run from the lowest published monthly equivalent to the highest, on annual billing where a vendor offers it, RepricerExpress on its annual rate and ties going to the plan with no annual commitment. Six of the nine price by listing or SKU counts, Aura and Sellery by sales, Informed flat (see our per-seat versus flat pricing count).

What is Amazon repricing software?

Amazon repricing software changes your listing prices automatically as competitors and the Buy Box move, using rules or AI you set, and holds a minimum price so repricing never sells below your floor.

How we chose these nine

We verified prices on 19 Oct 2026 on each vendor's own pricing page, using FAQ and feature pages for limits, and compare what vendors publish rather than test the software. A tool qualified if it reprices Amazon listings and shows a price on its own site. Each is priced on the cheapest plan whose published caps cover the scenario.

1

RepriceIt: the lowest bill, with Amazon.com-only limits

RepriceIt prices by unique SKUs in your Amazon.com inventory and bills every 30 days after a free 30-day trial: $9.95 for 1 to 500 items, $16.95 for 501 to 2,000, $24.95 for 2,001 to 5,000, $29.95 for 5,001 to 10,000, $39.95 for 10,001 to 20,000, $59.95 for 20,001 to 50,000 and $79.95 for 50,001 to 100,000.

The features page lists item-level minimum prices and profit margins, peak-time schedules and Buy Box pricing options. The weaknesses are scope and eligibility: the pages cover Amazon.com inventory only, the FAQ says you must be a Pro Merchant seller, Collectible items are skipped and no AI is mentioned.

Verdict

The cheapest way to cover 500 listings if you sell on Amazon.com with a Pro Merchant account and accept rules instead of AI.

2

BQool: cheap rules on Basic, AI listings scale with the plan

BQool sells five plans, each with an AI-listing cap and a larger rule-based cap. Billed monthly: Basic $25 (50 AI, 1,000 rule-based), Deluxe $50 (100 and 5,000), Premium $100 (1,000 and 10,000), Ultimate $200 (6,000 and 30,000) and Enterprise $300 (15,000 and 50,000). Annual billing saves 10%: $22.50, $45, $90, $180 and $270 a month. The FAQ gives a 14-day trial with no credit card.

Basic covers 500 listings as rule-based but only 50 as AI, and the 3 AI Match Buy Box rules, Price Looping and conditional rules start at Deluxe, so AI on every listing means Premium. Each marketplace is sold separately, and only Amazon is repriced.

Verdict

A sensible start for rules with AI on a few best sellers.

3

Aura: priced by sales, with Maven AI capped by listings

Aura sells four plans that all list unlimited listings and differ on monthly sales and Maven AI listings. Billed monthly: Starter $47 (sales up to $15K, 250 Maven AI listings), Essential $97 ($50K, 500), Plus $197 ($250K, 1,000) and Pro $297 ($1M, unlimited). Billed annually they read $37, $77, $157 and $237 a month ($451, $931, $1,891 and $2,851 a year), and the toggle says "save 20%". The trial is 14 days with no credit card.

Starter fits the scenario's sales, but Maven AI covers only 250 of the 500 listings, so AI on all of them means Essential.

Verdict

Essential costs less than BQool Premium on both billing bases, a natural AI pick while sales stay inside its cap.

4

RepricerExpress: one published plan, two toggles

RepricerExpress publishes one plan: 1,000 SKUs, one channel and 150 events per minute. The Monthly toggle shows $79 a month and the Annual toggle shows $59 a month. A note under the trial button, outside both toggles, reads "Introductory offer for new customers" and states no end date. The trial is 14 days with no credit card.

A separate "Custom Plans Available" block leads to a booked call with no price shown.

Verdict

Fits a seller under 1,000 SKUs on one channel who signs up annually. Ask how long the introductory offer lasts before you commit.

5

Seller Assistant: annual billing is the cheap route

Seller Assistant sells a sourcing and repricing suite whose repricer allowance depends on plan and billing. Business is $79.99 monthly for 250 actively repriced products, or $69.99 a month billed annually ($839.88 a year) for 500. Business Plus is $189.99 monthly or $159.99 annually, with unlimited repricing under fair use. An add-on of 250 more products costs $29.99 monthly or $24.99 annually. Pro ($29.99 monthly, $24.99 annually) has only a starter repricer allowance, and Agency starts at $999.99 a month.

So 500 products cost $69.99 a month annually, or $109.98 monthly. The trial is 14 days, and trial exports are limited to 25 rows. The weaker side is bundling: Business also includes purchase orders, supplier finding and a lister.

Verdict

Best for a seller who sources and reprices in one tool and pays annually.

6

Repricer.com: Core is realtime repricing, Buy Box tools start at Scale

Repricer.com prices by SKUs and channels. Billed annually, Core is $99 a month (up to 3,000 SKUs, 3 channels), Scale $299 (50,000 SKUs, 5 channels) and Premium $499 (250,000 SKUs, unlimited channels); billed monthly they are $109, $349 and $549. A Custom tier sits above on a sales call, and the trial is 14 days with no credit card.

Core has realtime repricing and automated strategies, while the Buy Box price optimizer, Buy Box chaser, price war management and AI price optimization are marked not included and start at Scale. A listing is any product in any connected channel, so one product on two channels counts twice.

Verdict

Core suits a 500-listing seller who wants realtime rules without Buy Box tooling.

7

Sellery: a percentage of gross sales with a floor and a cap

Sellery charges 1% of gross monthly sales with a $50 minimum and a $2,000 maximum a month, and promises no contracts or hidden fees. The ladder shows $1,000 at $100,000 in sales and $2,000 from $200,000; the table above applies it to the scenario. The trial is two weeks with no credit card.

Sellery reprices in real time and builds a minimum price from your cost, shipping and Amazon fees.

Verdict

A fit when you want the bill to follow revenue: it undercuts Informed's flat rate until monthly sales pass $19,900, though RepriceIt is cheaper at any sales level up to 20,000 items.

8

Seller Snap: annual-only Starter, Standard past 1,000 SKUs

Seller Snap prices by active SKUs, seller IDs and marketplaces. Starter has no monthly price: it is billed annually at $1,200 a year for 1,000 SKUs, one marketplace and up to $15K a month in revenue. Accelerator is $250 monthly or $212 a month annually ($2,544 a year), adds Walmart, B2B repricing and an onboarding specialist, and lifts the revenue cap to $30K with the same SKU limit. Standard is $500 monthly or $425 annually ($5,100 a year) with 15,000 SKUs and no revenue cap, and Enterprise is custom.

The trial is 15 days with no credit card, and every plan includes the full AI repricing engine.

Verdict

Fits a one-marketplace seller who stays inside Starter's caps and accepts an annual commitment.

9

Informed: one flat rate, no SKU or revenue limits

Informed charges a flat monthly rate with no commission. Launch is $99 a month but only for sellers under $5K in monthly revenue. Professional is $199 with no SKU or revenue limits and unlimited team members, and Enterprise starts at $499 on a quote. The trial is 14 days with no credit card. Add-ons run $29 a month for Overdrive (1-second repricing on up to 100 listings) and $49 each for Overdrive Pro (up to 500 listings) and three other add-ons.

This scenario's sales rule out Launch, and 1-second repricing on all 500 listings needs Overdrive Pro, taking the bill to $248. It covers Walmart Marketplace and 20+ Amazon marketplaces, and publishes no annual price.

Verdict

The highest scenario price of the nine. Worth it for Walmart or multi-country sellers who want one price as the catalog grows.

What each price becomes at 700 and 5,000 listings

The next published step for each tool, assuming sales rise in step with listings: about $14,000 at 700 listings and $100,000 at 5,000.

  • RepriceIt: $16.95 at 700 listings, $24.95 at 5,000, then $29.95 past 5,000 items.
  • BQool: Basic covers 700, and Deluxe ($50 monthly, $45 on annual billing) covers exactly 5,000 rule-based listings. AI on every listing needs Premium at 700 and Ultimate at 5,000 ($200 monthly, $180 annually).
  • Aura: Starter still fits 700 listings and $14,000 in sales. At $100,000 the cheapest step is Plus ($197 monthly, $157 annually, up to $250K), as Starter and Essential hit their sales caps. Maven AI on every listing needs Plus at 700 and Pro at 5,000 ($297 monthly, $237 annually).
  • RepricerExpress: The plan covers 700, while 5,000 listings is past the only published plan.
  • Seller Assistant: $94.98 a month annually at 700 products (Business plus one add-on), then Business Plus at 5,000: $159.99 annually or $189.99 monthly.
  • Repricer.com: Core covers 700, and Scale at 5,000 is $299 annually (+$200) or $349 monthly (+$240).
  • Sellery: 1% of sales is $140 at $14,000 a month and $1,000 at $100,000 a month, the highest published price here at that size.
  • Seller Snap: Starter covers 700, but at 5,000 only Standard fits, as Accelerator keeps Starter's SKU cap: $425 annually ($325 more than Starter) or $500 monthly.
  • Informed: Professional is flat at both sizes.

RepriceIt stays the lowest published price at 5,000 listings, and Sellery becomes the highest.

How to choose

Price is the whole brief: RepriceIt, once you confirm Amazon.com and a Pro Merchant account.

AI on every listing: Aura Essential while sales stay under $50K a month, or BQool Premium, whose conditional rules cover inventory age, sell-through rate and days of supply. For the stock side, see our inventory management software guide.

Walmart too: Aura, Seller Snap from Accelerator and Informed list it.

Seasonal sales: Sellery's bill tracks sales month by month. For research and profit tools, see the best Amazon seller tools.

Common mistakes

Buying BQool Basic for AI. It has 50 AI listings, so AI on all 500 means Premium, $75 more a month on monthly billing.

Pricing Seller Assistant at $79.99. That covers 250 products on monthly billing, and the add-on for the other 250 adds $359.88 a year.

Using Informed's Launch rate. It applies under $5K in revenue, so this scenario pays about double, $1,200 a year more.

Counting products, not listings, at Repricer.com. 1,600 products on two channels are 3,200 listings, over Core's cap, and Scale costs $200 a month more annually.
