  • 1 (best for: Branded cards with lead forms and CRM sync): $5 per user a month, billed yearly, 5-user minimum
  • 2 (best for: Badge scanning into a CRM, credits extra): $5 per user a month, billed yearly, 3-user minimum
  • 3 (best for: Lowest annual total, lead fee extra): $4.99 per user a month, billed yearly
  • 4 (best for: Salesforce link, annual billing only): $6 per user a month, annual plans only

Short answer: for five sales reps who need branded cards, lead capture and a CRM export, HiHello Business is the best fit at $60 per user a year, or $300 for five. Wave Connect's Teams plan matches that total, with badge scans billed in credits. Blinq's Business plan comes in lowest of the four annual totals. Every free plan covers one person.

Most people who search for the best digital business card app need a link and a QR code, not a metal card. For a team, the real question is whether the plan includes a CRM export and lead capture or only sharing. Five seats run from $19.50 to $30 a month, our arithmetic on printed rates, and the cheapest seat can lack the CRM export a sales team needs.

Dupple data: we read eight vendor pricing pages on October 24, 2026. Five name a free plan and five charge per seat. Across the four plans with a per-seat price and annual billing, five users cost between $299.40 and $360 a year, a $60.60 spread.

What is a digital business card app?

A digital business card app is a tool that gives each person a profile they share by link, QR code, NFC tap or phone wallet pass. Many also scan paper cards or event badges into contacts. For a team, the paid tier adds shared branding, admin control and, on some plans, a CRM sync.

Methodology: how we chose and priced these apps

We priced one team: five sales reps, each sharing a branded card by link, QR code and wallet pass, with scanned contacts going into a CRM. Prices checked on each vendor's own pricing page, October 24, 2026, plus its FAQ where linked. Totals are our arithmetic on printed prices, and we label them. We did not test any app, and no review site or comparison blog supplied a figure. We ranked by fit for that team: CRM export and lead capture first, then branding, then yearly cost for five.

1

HiHello Business: the best fit when CRM export is the requirement

HiHello's Business plan lists lead capture forms, event lead capture with consent, and direct connections to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics in one tier. That is the combination this team needs. The plan costs $5 per user a month billed yearly, which is $60 a user a year, with a five-user minimum and a 14-day free trial. Five seats come to five times $60, our arithmetic on the printed annual price.

Billed monthly, the rate is $6 a user, and the per-seat price drops at 26 and 51 users. Templates for cards and email signatures update everywhere at once when a logo or color changes. The plan also includes 50 paper card or badge scans per user a month, pooled across the team, which is 250 scans a month for five people.

The catch is the minimum. A three-person team still pays for five seats. The personal plan is free forever but covers one person with two digital cards and five scans a month. NFC card programming sits on the Professional plan, and the pricing page prints no price for a physical card.

Verdict

the strongest fit on this list for a sales team that wants cards, forms and CRM sync in one plan.

2

Wave Connect Teams: CRM sync on the team plan, with scanning in credits

Wave's Teams plan costs $5 per user a month with a three-user minimum, billed annually. Five users come to the same annual total as HiHello. The plan includes everything in Pro, plus CRM sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, Pipedrive and HighLevel, with custom field mapping. It has a 14-day trial, and reps share one credit pool and lead dashboard.

Pro, at $7 a month billed annually for one person, adds a branded QR code, custom colors and removal of Wave Connect branding, but its card does not list CRM sync. A team that wants brand and CRM on the same plan needs Teams.

The catch is credits. A business card or lead form uses 1 credit, and an event badge with only a name and company uses 4. The page's example pack is $250 for 100 credits plus 15 free, or $2.50 a credit, enough for 28 event badges or 115 business cards. Credits sit on top of the seats, so event season adds a second bill. For what comes after the scan, see our guide to the best appointment scheduling software.

Wave lists NFC business cards in its product menu, and its pricing page prints no card price either.

Verdict

the better pick for a team that scans badges at events and needs CRM sync on its paid plan, as long as the credit budget is part of the plan.

3

Blinq Business: the lowest annual total of the four, with a lead fee on top

Blinq's Business plan costs $4.99 per user a month billed annually, or $6.99 billed monthly, with a 30-day free trial. Five users come to $299.40 a year, our arithmetic (12 times $4.99, times five). The plan adds custom card templates, brand control, native CRM integrations and an admin platform. The pricing page does not name the CRMs.

The Free plan gives one person two digital cards with unlimited sharing. Premium, at $7.33 a month billed annually for one person, adds five cards, a universal contact scanner, branded QR codes and contact export.

The catch is the lead fee. Business lists $9.99 per lead captured and enriched, billed monthly as credit use. Seven captured leads cost $69.93, which is more than the whole $60.60 spread between the four totals. Fifty leads in one month cost $499.50, more than the five seats cost for a full year.

Blinq sells NFC business cards through a shop link, but its pricing page prints no card price, so budget hardware as a separate line.

Verdict

a good choice for a team that captures few leads and wants native CRM integration at the lowest of the four annual totals.

4

Uniqode Team: Salesforce built in, annual billing only

Uniqode's Team plan costs $6 per user a month, bills in US dollars and sells annual subscriptions only. Its FAQ says there are no monthly plans and an annual plan cannot switch to monthly. Five users come to $360 a year, our arithmetic (12 times $6, times five), the highest of the four totals.

Uniqode integrates directly with Salesforce. For other CRMs, it offers open APIs and Zapier workflows. A free account keeps one digital business card free forever, and Team and Business+ cards stay live while the subscription runs. Business+ is custom priced, is the only tier with Microsoft Entra ID integration, and is the only tier billed by invoice.

The catch is the commitment: Team is sold on an annual subscription only, and an annual plan cannot switch to monthly billing.

Verdict

the right pick for a Salesforce team that accepts an annual commitment and the highest of these totals.

5

Mobilo Teams: physical NFC cards for each rep, with the seat rule unclear

Mobilo is a card company first. Its comparison table prints Pro at $3 a month with a Start for Free button and Teams at $4 a month billed annually. Each team card row also prints "+ $4/month" beside its card price. The page does not say whether that rate is per person or per team, so this page does not total it.

Hardware is a separate line. The Custom Design card shows $10 in the current offer, with $39 printed beside it. The offer ends October 25, the day this page goes live, so confirm the $10 price before you buy and budget at $39.

Teams includes unlimited team members, control and lock of data fields, and team analytics with CRM integrations. The catch is the seat rule: ask Mobilo whether that rate is per seat before you budget, and get the post-offer card price in writing.

Verdict

the choice when every rep needs a physical NFC card, once the per-seat rule is in writing.

6

Popl: strong event lead capture, quoted rather than printed

Popl's pricing page does not list prices. Plans are quoted over a meeting, and the FAQ says the quoted plan has no per-seat, per-license, per-scan or per-credit fees. Teams pick either the event lead capture plan or the digital business card plan, and that choice covers everyone on the team. CRM and calendar integrations are self-serve, with no extra fee for CRM integrations or custom qualifiers.

For an event-heavy sales team those points fit the job, but the cost is known only after a demo.

Verdict

a serious option for event-heavy teams that will take a quote. We do not estimate a yearly figure for it.

7

Business Card AI Business: the lowest printed seat price, with CSV instead of a CRM connector

Business Card AI's Business plan costs $3.90 per seat a month, with a five-seat minimum and a 14-day free trial. Five seats come to $19.50 a month. The page does not say whether that bills monthly or yearly, so this page gives no yearly total.

The plan adds team admin, bulk user management and CSV export of captured contacts, and lists no CRM connector. Premium, at $5.90 a month, adds five cards, custom branding and a custom short URL, but no team admin. Free is $0 forever with one card.

The catch is the CSV: every export is a file you import by hand, which adds a manual step to every lead.

Verdict

a fit for a team that needs branding and shared admin at the lowest printed seat price here, and does not need CRM sync.

8

L-Card: a personal app with no team plan

L-Card's pricing page lists three personal plans: $0.99 a month, $9.99 a year and $29.99 for life, with all features in each plan and a 14-day free trial first. It lists no team plan, no shared admin and no CRM export.

Five separate personal licenses would cost $49.95 a year at the annual price, our arithmetic. They would still give no shared admin and no export path that the page describes.

Verdict

a good personal card for one rep. It does not answer the team question.

Pricing: what five people really pay

Five seats come to $299.40 at Blinq, $300 at HiHello and Wave, and $360 at Uniqode. Those are our arithmetic totals on printed prices. Business Card AI prints $19.50 a month for five seats with no billing term. Popl and Mobilo give no total we can use, and L-Card has no team plan.

The seat spread is $60.60, which is small next to the add-ons. Seven Blinq leads cost $69.93, and one Wave credit pack costs $250. Read the add-ons before the seats, and check that your CRM is on the plan's named list.

How to choose

Start with two numbers: how many people you have and how many scans a month you expect. Then match the need to a plan row.

  • Sharing only, no CRM: a free plan works for one person. Team admin needs a paid tier.
  • Badges scanned into a CRM: HiHello Business, with 50 scans per user a month included, or Wave Teams with credits budgeted.
  • Salesforce as the only CRM: Uniqode, if annual billing suits you.
  • A physical NFC card for each rep: Mobilo, once the seat rule is answered.
  • Event-heavy, with budget talk first: Popl, through a quote.

If the card is only the front end of your lead capture, our guide to the 10 best lead generation tools covers what happens to a lead after the scan.

Common mistakes

  • Reading the seat price and skipping the lead fee. Three captured leads in one month on Blinq's Business plan cost $29.97, more than five seats cost per month at the annual rate.
  • Missing the minimum. HiHello needs five users, Business Card AI needs five seats and Blinq Business needs five cards, while Wave Teams needs three. A three-person team pays for five at HiHello.
  • Expecting monthly billing from Uniqode. Its FAQ says it offers annual plans only.
  • Adding the NFC card to the subscription. Hardware is a separate line, as Mobilo's card prices show.
  • Budgeting from an offer. Mobilo's $10 card price ends October 25, so read the regular price too.

FAQ

What is the best digital business card app in 2026?

For a five-person sales team that needs lead forms, branded cards and CRM sync, HiHello Business is the pick. It costs $60 a user a year and lists Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics in the same tier. Wave Connect Teams is the close alternative at the same total, but its badge scanning is billed in credits.

Is there a free digital business card app?

Yes. HiHello Personal, Blinq Free, Wave Free, Uniqode's free card and Business Card AI Free are free. Each covers one person and none includes team admin, so a team needs a paid plan once it shares cards across several reps.

How much does a digital business card app cost for five people?

Blinq is the lowest of the four annual totals, HiHello and Wave come to the same figure, and Uniqode is the highest, all on annual billing. Business Card AI shows a monthly seat rate with no billing term. Popl quotes its price, and Mobilo's per-seat rule is unclear, so neither gets a total here.

Do these apps export contacts to a CRM?

Some do natively. HiHello Business connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, Wave Teams to six named CRMs, Blinq Business to native integrations, and Uniqode to Salesforce directly. Business Card AI lists CSV export and no CRM connector. Check your CRM against the plan's named list.

Does a digital business card need an NFC card?

No. Every app here shares by link, QR code and wallet pass. An NFC card is a physical extra. Mobilo sells physical cards as its core product, while HiHello, Blinq and Wave mention NFC on their sites and print no card price on their pricing pages.

Bottom line

HiHello Business is the pick for a five-person sales team that needs lead forms, branded cards and CRM sync in one plan. Wave Teams is the alternative if your team scans badges at events and budgets for credits. Before you buy, check the seat minimum, the lead fee and the offer date.
