• It is email, calendar and contacts only. There is no documents, spreadsheets, video-meeting or shared-drive layer, so replacing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 means assembling the rest yourself from third-party tools.
• Australian jurisdiction. The company is legally required to respond to valid Australian law enforcement warrants, and some employees can access customer data under a logged, justified least-privilege process. That is disclosed honestly, but it is a different threat model from a zero-access provider.
