For 100 orders a month at a $30 average order ($3,000 revenue), the best pick on 19 Oct 2026 is DSers Basic at $0 a month, with 3 stores and 3,000 products. Trendsi Free (fashion-focused) and Modalyst Hobby (25 products) are also free. The lowest-priced paid plan compared is SaleHoo Starter at $9 a month, billed annually.

| DSers (Basic) | Free | Free | Free | 1 bulk price change a month; auto sync from $19.90 monthly |
| Trendsi (Free) | Free | Free | Free | 500 listings and 1 store; Pro lifts the cap |

| Zendrop (Pro) | $49 | $399 a year | $399 | Free plan cannot automate orders |
| Alidrop (Starter) | $39 | No annual Starter | $468 | First 7 days $1; Professional billed annually: $288 for 12 months |
| Spocket (Empire) | $99.99 | $57 a month, billed annually | $684 | Lower plans mark orders as limited |
The plan used is the one with the lowest monthly list price that lets you add products and does not mark orders as limited, which rules out Spocket Starter and Professional, Zendrop Free and Syncee Free. Rows run by the 12-month cost of that plan on the cheapest billing option the page prices for it, with free plans ordered by product cap. Delivery speed and product quality are not scored.
For the plans in the table, a paid plan's fee spread over those 100 orders runs from $0.09 an order (SaleHoo Starter, billed annually) to $1.00 (Spocket Empire, monthly billing). The supplier's per-order charge for the product and its shipping comes on top and sits on no plan price.
Dupple data: on 19 Oct 2026 we read the 9 vendor pricing pages below, and all 9 publish a price. 5 list a free plan, but only 3 (DSers, Trendsi, Modalyst) let you add products and handle orders on it with no order cap listed.

What is a dropshipping supplier platform?
A dropshipping supplier platform links your store to goods you never stock. A customer orders, the supplier ships, and you pay two bills: the platform plan, and the product and shipping cost of each order.
How we chose
I kept only the prices each vendor prints on its own pricing page, with the billing basis the page shows. This is a pricing and documentation comparison: we did not use or time any product. Platforms without a readable public price list are left out, so this is not a market census. Prices were checked on 19 October 2026 and move, so recheck before you buy.
DSers, the free route to AliExpress sourcing
DSers links a store to AliExpress, Alibaba and 1688 sourcing, and its pricing page puts a usable plan at no cost. Basic is free for 3 stores and 3,000 products, with bulk order tools, address auto-fix and automatic order status sync. Advanced is $19.90 a month on monthly billing, or $190.80 billed yearly, for 10 stores and 20,000 products. On monthly billing, Pro is $49.90 for 25 stores and 75,000 products, and Enterprise is $499.90 for 50 stores and 100,000 products. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
The catch is price upkeep: Basic lists no automatic price or inventory update and allows one bulk price change a month, against 10 on Advanced.
A free start for a general store that sources from AliExpress.
Trendsi, free for fashion sellers
Trendsi calls itself "your one-stop fashion supplier", and its catalog lists women's, men's and kids' clothing, accessories, beauty and lifestyle items. Its pricing page lists Free at no monthly fee for up to 500 listings, 40K+ products, unlimited order processing and 24/7 support. Pro is $29.90 a month, billed monthly, for unlimited listings, a bulk importer, multi-store management and priority support. Enterprise is custom-priced.
Trendsi states delivery as 2 to 5 business days for US products and 5 to 10 for overseas products within the US. Its FAQ says you pay for the product and shipping after each sale. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and exchanges are not.
Free order handling for a fashion store; check that its catalog covers your categories first.
Modalyst, free with a 25-product cap
Modalyst's pricing page carries a banner saying it has joined Wix.com. Hobby is free with a 25 product limit. Start Up is $35 a month on the monthly toggle, or $30 a month with the Yearly toggle, for 250 products. Pro is $90 a month, or $67 a month with the Yearly toggle, and has no product limit and, per the page, "well known brands, delivered with shorter shipping times". Every plan lists real-time inventory updates, order tracking and automated markups.
The catch is the cap: 25 products is a test catalog.
A full-featured free start for a small test catalog.
SaleHoo, a vetted directory paid once a year
SaleHoo sells by the year or for life, not by the month. Its pricing page lists Starter at $9 a month, billed annually, or $299 one-time; Pro at $49 a month, billed annually, or $1,699 one-time; and Enterprise at $499 a month, billed annually on a 1-year term. Starter covers 1 Shopify store, 200 imports and up to 100 supplier contacts a month from a directory of 8,000+ vetted suppliers. Pro raises that to 3 stores, 600 imports, unlimited contacts and 3 sub-users.
The catch is the single annual charge ($108 at once; SaleHoo says you can cancel anytime with no penalties) and a manual step: the Dropship page calls fulfillment semi-automated, with order details pre-filled on AliExpress for you to pay. A refund is promised within 60 days.
The lowest-priced paid plan here, for a buyer who will pay a year up front.
Doba, priced by store and listing limits
Doba's pricing page prints dollar prices on a quarterly view and badges quarterly billing 5% off and annual billing 15% off. Limited is $28.67 a month, billed quarterly, for 1 store, 30 one-click listings and 100 AI credits. Basic is $57.00 a month, billed quarterly, for 2 stores and 250 listings, with a 7-day trial for $0.99. Standard is $142.67 a month, billed quarterly, for 5 stores, 1,000 listings and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise shows no price.
The catch is the ceiling: 30 listings is a small catalog, and the AI Store Builder is an add-on with no price on the page.
A quarterly-billed entry plan for a seller who accepts 30 listings.
Syncee, suppliers from the US, Canada and Europe
Syncee calls itself a dropshipping and wholesale marketplace, and its pricing page says suppliers come mostly from the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia. Free lists the AI Agent and limited supplier details but no product imports. Basic is $39.99 a month on monthly billing, or $360 a year, for 100 products to import and 1 supplier. Pro is $59.99 a month, or $540 a year, for 250 products and unlimited suppliers. Business is $99.99 a month, or $900 a year, for 10,000 products. Paid plans list a 0% transaction fee.
The catch is that Basic allows one supplier, so mixing suppliers starts at Pro.
For a seller who wants US, Canadian or European suppliers and accepts a 100-product start.
Zendrop, automation starts on a paid plan
Zendrop's pricing page labels Free "Limited access": it lists 1M+ products and 24/7 support, while unlimited orders and custom branding are marked as not included, and its FAQ says automated order fulfillment needs a paid plan. Pro is $49 a month, or $399 billed yearly, and adds unlimited orders, automated fulfillment, custom branding and US products. Plus is $79 a month, or $549 billed yearly, and adds $100 in order credits, coaching calls, print on demand and Zendrop AI.
A help article gives an 8.5 business-day average for US orders, usually 3 to 5 days from a US warehouse and typically 10 to 15 from a China warehouse.
The free plan browses; the usable entry is Pro.
Alidrop, AliExpress dropshipping from $39 a month, or $24 a month billed annually
Alidrop's pricing page lists Starter at $39 a month, with the first 7 days at $1, for 50 unique and 25 premium products. Professional is $59 a month, or $24 a month billed $288 annually, for 500 unique and 250 premium. Empire is $99 a month, or $57 a month billed $684 annually, for 5,000 unique and 2,500 premium. Unicorn is $299 a month, or $79 a month billed $948 annually, for 25,000 of each. The FAQ says there are no additional charges for transactions or orders.
The catch is that Starter has no annual price and there is no free plan, only the $1 first week.
A paid-only option; annual billing starts at Professional.
Spocket, curated US and EU suppliers at a higher entry price
Spocket's pricing page describes a curated selection from US and EU suppliers and a 0% transaction fee. Starter is $39.99 a month for 25 unique products and no premium products. Professional is $59.99 a month, or $24 a month on annual billing, for 250 unique and 25 premium. Empire is $99.99 a month, or $57 a month on annual billing, for 10,000 unique and 10,000 premium. Unicorn is $299.99 a month, or $79 a month on annual billing, for 25,000 of each plus bulk checkout.
The catch is orders: "Unlimited orders" appears only from Empire up, the cap on Starter and Professional is not stated, and the page requires a separate subscription for each store.
For US and EU sourcing once volume justifies Empire.
What you will really pay for 100 orders
Annual billing cuts the 12-month bill by 25% for Syncee Basic ($479.88, from 12 x $39.99, down to $360), 32% for Zendrop Pro ($588 to $399) and 43% for Spocket Empire ($1,199.88 to $684). SaleHoo has no monthly option, and Doba prints quarterly prices.
Three vendors state zero per-order charges: Spocket and Syncee list a 0% transaction fee, and Alidrop adds no charge for transactions or orders. The other six pricing pages quote no per-order fee. The product still comes on top: Trendsi says you pay for the product and shipping after each sale, and Syncee says you pay the supplier for the product on each order, by PayPal or credit card. Only Trendsi's pricing page prints delivery windows. Against $3,000 of revenue the paid plan fees in the table are 0.3% (SaleHoo Starter) to 3.3% (Spocket Empire, monthly), so per-order goods and delivery terms deserve the closer look.
How to choose
Match the plan to the limit that would stop you first:
- Fashion store: Trendsi Free until you pass 500 listings, then Pro.
- General store on AliExpress: DSers Basic, moving to Advanced for automatic price and stock sync.
- Small test catalog: Modalyst Hobby, then Start Up for 250.
- US or European sourcing: Syncee Basic, Spocket, or SaleHoo with its supplier location filter.
- Automated fulfillment from day one: Zendrop Pro.
Pick the store platform first, because each tool connects to specific ones; our guide to the best ecommerce platforms compares their prices. To skip sourcing altogether, print on demand pricing covers a different model.
Common mistakes
Pricing the entry tier instead of the scenario. Spocket Starter looks like the entry price, but "Unlimited orders" first appears on Empire, $60 a month more on monthly billing.
Paying for a year before the fit is proven. SaleHoo bills $108 at once, and its refund promise runs 60 days.
Ignoring the product cap. Modalyst Hobby stops at 25 products, Doba Limited at 30 listings and Syncee Basic at 100 products.
Promising delivery you cannot keep. Zendrop's 8.5 business-day average sits well above its 3 to 5 days from a US warehouse. Track the product bill against revenue with ecommerce accounting software, and try AI tools for ecommerce for listing copy before paying for extra AI credits.
