What Rebolt is
Rebolt is marketing and CRM software for home service contractors, sold as three bundles from $82 a month on annual billing. It pairs the work a local marketing agency usually does (a website, Google Business Profile, reviews and social posts) with the operations side of a field service CRM: leads, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, invoices and payments. The company, RedNine, Inc., says more than 1,500 service businesses use it.
Our view: the pitch is aimed squarely at the owner who pays an agency for a website and still runs jobs from a notebook. For that buyer, one bill for both halves is a real simplification. For a contractor who already runs Jobber or ServiceTitan and is happy with it, Rebolt mostly duplicates what they have.

The Marketing Kit builds a website for your trade, optimizes your Google Business Profile, publishes SEO pages for each city you serve, turns completed-job photos into project pages and social posts, sends automatic review requests and drafts AI replies to reviews. You can edit the site yourself, and your domain stays yours, but Rebolt says the site is not designed as a one-click export, so leaving means rebuilding it elsewhere.
The CRM covers the lead pipeline, quotes and invoices, job scheduling and dispatch, automated lead and quote follow-ups, team dashboards, online payments, a client portal and a mobile app for crews on iOS and Android. Quoting supports a price book, optional line items and a voice-to-quote feature that builds an estimate from a spoken description. Rebolt's own comparison page says the CRM covers up to 15 team members with no per-user fee.
The Voice Agent is an AI receptionist you reach by forwarding all calls, or only missed ones, to a dedicated number. It answers, screens spam, asks qualifying questions, books appointments on your calendar and transfers the caller to you when a person is needed.
Rebolt pricing in 2026
Rebolt publishes its prices, with no contracts and cancel-anytime terms. Annual billing works out to two months free. The CRM is marked as launch pricing, so expect that line to move.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM | $99/mo | $82/mo | Lead pipeline, scheduling and dispatch, quotes and invoices, automated follow-ups, team dashboards, crew mobile app |
| Marketing Kit | $299/mo | $250/mo | Website, Google Business Profile optimization, social media management, automatic review requests, geotagged photo showcase, performance reports |
| Full Platform | $349/mo | $290/mo | Everything in both, plus priority onboarding, dedicated support and early access to new features |
| Voice Agent | From $99/mo | From $99/mo | AI call answering added to any plan |
The bundle math favors the Full Platform: on yearly billing it costs only $40 a month more than the Marketing Kit alone, so anyone buying the marketing side gets the CRM almost free. Add the Voice Agent and a complete setup lands near $389 a month on annual terms. There is no free plan and no self-serve trial on the site; the path in is a demo call.

Where Rebolt wins
- Pricing is published outright, which is unusual in home service software: three bundles and a Voice Agent add-on, each with a monthly and a yearly price on the pricing page.
- No contracts and cancel anytime, stated plainly on the pricing page rather than buried in terms, with annual billing giving you two months free.
- The bundle math is favourable. The Full Platform costs $40 a month more than the Marketing Kit on yearly billing, so if you were buying the marketing side anyway, the CRM is close to free.
- No per-user fee on the CRM: Rebolt says it covers up to 15 team members, where many field service CRMs charge for every extra seat.
- Genuinely vertical, not repurposed. Trade-specific websites, voice-to-quote, dispatch and a crew app on iOS and Android are built for contractors rather than a generic SMB CRM with a paint job.
Where it falls short
- No integrations are named on the homepage or the pricing page. No accounting, payroll or automation connections are listed, so assume QuickBooks does not talk to it until sales confirms otherwise.
- No free tier and no self-serve trial. The only way in is a demo call, and the cheapest plan is the CRM alone.
- The website is not portable. You keep your domain and content, but Rebolt says the site is not built for one-click export, so switching vendors means rebuilding it.
- The AI voice agent is an add-on, from $99/mo on top of any plan, despite being one of the most heavily marketed features.
- The CRM is the newer half. It is sold at launch pricing, and Rebolt's own comparison concedes that Jobber's scheduling and route optimization are more mature.
Who should use Rebolt
The clearest fit is an owner-operator or a small contractor crew, roughly 2 to 15 people, currently paying an agency for the website and review generation while running jobs out of spreadsheets or a separate CRM. That business is carrying two bills, and the Full Platform collapses them into one while keeping leads and jobs in the same system.
Skip it if you already run ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro and only need the marketing half, because you would be paying for a CRM you will not use and getting no disclosed way to connect the two. Skip it if your accounting software has to be part of the workflow, since no accounting integration is named. And skip it entirely if you are not in the home services trades, because the product makes no attempt to fit anyone else.
