Sales and Revenue Newsletters to Advertise In

Trusted by 790,000+ Techpresso subscribers·Editorial policy·How we make money

Compare The Follow Up for B2B salespeople, RevOps Impact for revenue operations, and The Ops Table for marketing-stack practitioners. This guide covers eight publisher-described newsletter sponsorship routes. MarketingShot, The Micro, OpsGrit and GTMnow have broader or adjacent audiences that should be matched to the specific product.

Dupple publishes MarketingShot and sells sponsorships in it. We have a commercial interest in that entry. The list is alphabetical, not a ranking; publisher audience descriptions are self-reported and have not been independently audited by us. Publisher sources were checked 7 November 2026.

Dupple data: our 7 November 2026 audit covers 8 selected email sponsorship routes. The source wording describes 5 weekly schedules, 1 twice-weekly schedule and 1 daily newsletter. The final source uses mixed cadence labels: RevOps Impact says weekly while also naming Thursday and Saturday. We retain that ambiguity rather than choosing a schedule for the publisher.

The sales and revenue source-audit CSV records each offer and the method distinguishes advertised cadence from observed delivery. The Follow Up lists 3- and 8-email bundles; RevOps Impact lists 4-, 8- and 12-issue bundles. Those are defined quantities to discuss in a booking, not measured frequency per reader.

Table: publisher-described contexts and sponsorship routes, checked 7 November 2026. A general inquiry route does not establish a specific format or available date.

The Follow Up: B2B sales in the email

The Follow Up's publisher storefront describes a B2B sales newsletter and a main sponsor placement in the email. The storefront presents an example and publisher-reported audience information. Ask which edition and creative elements are included in the actual booking.

A sales enablement or CRM advertiser may want to compare the placement with a revenue-operations publication because a salesperson's workflow can differ from an operations leader's. That is a planning distinction, not proof of any individual reader's job or buying authority. Its metrics remain publisher-reported.

GTMnow: a broader go-to-market and founder context

The GTMnow Newsletter about page describes go-to-market strategy for founders, operators and investors and provides a sponsorship inquiry route. Its context is broader than a sales-operations job title and also includes content about company building.

The page is an inquiry route, not evidence that every sponsorship includes a particular newsletter slot. Confirm the specific email format, current schedule and report directly with the publisher. Do not treat a media brand's combined audience or an investment community as the audience of one newsletter issue.

MarketingShot: an adjacent marketing audience

MarketingShot is Dupple's marketing newsletter, and Dupple sells sponsorships in it. It is included as an adjacent option for a product that also serves marketers; it should not be represented as an exclusively sales or RevOps newsletter. Ask for the current issue, available format and evidence relevant to the campaign.

A marketing audience description does not establish that every reader manages sales or can approve a software purchase. Role and company-size selection should not be assumed for newsletter delivery. Dupple's post-signup Lead Generation product is separate; ask about its actual terms if that is the product being considered. The audience data page explains the sources and limits of Dupple's published figures.

The Micro: SaaS founders and education

MicroConf's newsletter page describes The Micro as a weekly newsletter with marketing and sales education for B2B SaaS founders and offers newsletter sponsorship. A founder-focused audience may be relevant to founder-led sales, but the source does not make all subscribers sales leaders or revenue-operations practitioners.

Ask what the current placement includes, whether the proposed product fits the audience and how results are reported. A founder publication and a specialist RevOps newsletter address different tasks; size alone does not establish fit.

OpsGrit Brief: operations with RevOps among its topics

OpsGrit's advertising page describes a short sponsor slot in its weekly email and a broader operations audience that includes RevOps and sales operations. It says paid placements are labelled and distinguishes sponsorship from independent editorial coverage.

This can be relevant when a product serves a cross-functional operator, but it is not evidence that every newsletter reader works in revenue operations. Ask which format, audience evidence and report apply to the newsletter rather than treating website visitors as email subscribers.

The Ops Table: marketing-stack practitioners

The Ops Table describes a Tuesday newsletter for marketing operations managers, RevOps practitioners, CRM administrators and related roles. Its own FAQ invites sponsorship inquiries for relevant B2B tools and says sponsorships are labelled. This is an operations-workflow context, rather than a broad sales-news digest.

Consider it for a tool connected to CRM administration, marketing automation or email operations. The publisher discusses several platforms, so do not treat it as an exclusive audience for one vendor. Its public signup page provides a sponsorship route but no fixed ad specification; the actual booking must establish copy, position and reporting.

Outbound Kitchen: clarify newsletter or podcast

Outbound Kitchen's about page describes a weekly newsletter for B2B SaaS founders, go-to-market leaders and sales professionals, with material about outbound sales. It invites inquiries about sponsoring the newsletter or podcast.

Because the source mentions both, confirm which product is included in the proposed agreement. Ask about creative rules and measurement for the email specifically. The publisher's description of past experience and audience is self-reported and is not a guarantee of an advertiser's pipeline or results.

RevOps Impact: a newsletter sponsorship route

RevOps Impact's about page describes learning resources for sales, marketing, customer-success and revenue-operations leaders. The publisher-managed storefront offers a top-of-email placement with a banner, description and CTA, plus 4-, 8- and 12-issue packages. LinkedIn posts are listed as a separate product.

This is relevant to operations tooling with a practical workflow to explain. Resolve the schedule in the booking: the storefront uses a weekly description while also naming Thursday and Saturday. The package's actual edition count matters more than inferring a calendar from those mixed labels. The publisher's stated professional audience is not verification of each reader's buying authority.

How we picked and ordered the list

We looked for publisher-controlled pages that describe a relevant newsletter and either an email placement or a sponsorship inquiry. GTMnow and Outbound Kitchen require clarification of the exact sponsored product; a general inquiry is not a confirmed slot. MarketingShot and The Micro are explicitly broader adjacent audiences rather than sales-only publications. Entries are alphabetical by publication name, ignoring an initial "The", not ordered by audience size, price or expected performance.

The list is a shortlist, not a complete market survey. We did not independently audit publisher audience figures, check availability for a specific date or establish whether any two publications share ownership. We do not print individual publisher prices. Before booking, give publishers the same brief and ask for the specific email format, current audience evidence, creative rules and report.

Match the brief to the reader's task

A field-mapping tutorial can speak to an operations practitioner; a sales-workflow overview may be more useful to a founder running the process personally. Match that destination to the publisher's stated context. This is a planning distinction, not a measured claim that either creative converts better.

Keep outgoing clicks, website sessions and sales-accepted opportunities separate. Our frequency definition explains why a bundle's issue count does not establish personal ad exposure; the attribution-window guide addresses credit for later actions.

What we could not verify

We could not establish comparable counts of sales leaders or RevOps practitioners across these newsletters, a common open-rate definition or a guaranteed campaign outcome. Dupple's audience information comes from its email systems and self-reported post-signup quiz data and is not independently audited by us. A title or broad audience description does not prove an individual reader's buying authority or response. No customer case or customer performance figure is used.

FAQ

Which newsletters cover sales or revenue operations?

The Follow Up describes B2B sales content, while RevOps Impact and The Ops Table describe revenue-operations contexts. Check placement and audience evidence with the publisher.

Is MarketingShot a sales-only newsletter?

No. Dupple describes MarketingShot as a marketing newsletter. It is included as an adjacent option and is not evidence that all its readers work in sales.

Are website visitors the same as newsletter subscribers?

No. A publisher may offer website, podcast and email placements to overlapping or different audiences. Ask which audience and metrics apply to the item in the proposal.

Can I compare open rates directly?

Not reliably without understanding each publisher's definitions and the effect of email privacy features. Ask for the actual measures and their limitations.

Does a click equal a qualified lead?

No. A click is a reported link interaction. Define qualification separately and use only data your organization is permitted to collect.
