As of November 2026, Ultrahuman's US ring is the $479 Ring PRO, with no plan; the Ring AIR cannot ship to the US. - Biggest Oura strength: the lowest Oura price, $349 for the Ring 4 Silver, with a free sizing kit and a 1-year protection plan included.
- Biggest Oura catch: without a membership you see only three daily scores, and the membership adds $139.98 over two years on the annual plan.
- Biggest RingConn catch: returns are accepted within 14 calendar days only for a valid reason, and RingConn does not support returns without one.

Each row uses the lowest in-stock US price among that model's finishes. Ultrahuman's figure is its US buy page. Oura's figures are its US store pages with the store set to USD. RingConn's figures are its US Shopify product feed, read November 4, 2026. Battery figures are the makers' own claims.
The table is ranked by the 24-month total: the US price of the ring plus the plan it needs to run for 24 months, billed annually where the maker offers that option. Two rows tie at $538.98, the Ring 5 Silver and the Ring 4 Ceramic. The stated battery claim breaks the tie, so the Ring 5 (6 to 9 days) ranks above the Ceramic (5 to 8 days). No affiliate link or sponsorship moves a row.
The seven rings, in ranking order
1. RingConn Gen 2 Air, the lowest total with no fee

RingConn's Gen 2 Air page lists the ring at $199 on its US store, with the subscription fee shown as free. RingConn says it lasts up to 10 days on a full charge, and it is rated IP68 (100 m). The Gen 2 Air charges on a wired dock, and RingConn says it does not include sleep apnea monitoring. RingConn's Gen 2 Air page
- Pro: the lowest 24-month total in the table, with no fee.
- Con: the shortest battery claim of the three RingConn rings, and no sleep apnea monitoring.
2. RingConn Gen 2, sleep apnea monitoring per RingConn, with no fee

The Gen 2 is $299 in Royal Gold, Future Silver or Matte Black on RingConn's US store. Its page says "No Subscriptions", 10 to 12 days of battery life, and up to 150 days with the charging case. It is rated IP68 (100 m) and weighs 2 to 3 g. The Rose Gold finish is $399 on the same product, and a separate Rose Gold Edition is listed at $399 with $469 struck through, unlabelled, so the table uses the $299 finish. RingConn's Gen 2 page
- Pro: no fee, and per RingConn, sleep apnea detection that the Gen 2 Air does not include.
- Con: returns cover valid reasons only, within 14 calendar days.
3. RingConn Gen 3, the vibration-alert model with no fee

The Gen 3 starts at $349 on RingConn's US store, and its page says "No Subscription Required". RingConn lists up to 14 days of battery life and smart vibration alerts, and it says the sizes run from 6 to 15 and differ from its other rings. RingConn's Gen 3 page
- Pro: the longest RingConn battery claim, with vibration alerts and no fee.
- Con: it costs $150 more than the Gen 2 Air, and RingConn says Gen 3 sizes differ from its other rings.
4. Ultrahuman Ring PRO, one purchase and the longest fee-free battery claim

Ultrahuman's US buy page shows the Ring PRO with the PRO charging case at $479, with delivery to your door for $15 (read November 4, 2026). Ultrahuman says the ring has up to 15 days of battery life, up to 45 days with the PRO Charging Case, and up to 250 days of data stored on the ring. It lists a 100 m water resistance and a weight of 3.3 to 4.8 g by size. Its product data lists the $479 as valid until February 2, 2027.
See the Ultrahuman Ring PRO on Ultrahuman's US store
- Pro: no subscription, since Ultrahuman says one purchase gives lifelong access to the ring and your data, and a 30-day return window from delivery with free return shipping.
- Con: it costs $130 more than the Ring 4 Silver up front, and the optional Max add-on is extra on top of the ring.
5. Oura Ring 4, the cheaper of Oura's Ring 4 and Ring 5

The Ring 4 in Silver is $349 on Oura's US store, with no struck-through price. Oura says the battery can last 5 to 8 days, depending on ring size and use. Oura's Ring 4 page says a membership costs $5.99 USD a month or $69.99 USD a year, and that new members get their first month free. Its Stealth and Gold finishes show a second price struck through, which is not labelled as a list price, so this table does not use it. The ring comes with a 1-year protection plan, and a 2-year upgrade is $45. Oura's Ring 4 Silver page
- Pro: the lowest Oura price, and its 24-month total is $9.98 more than the Ring PRO's.
- Con: without an active membership, Oura's support article says you see only three daily scores, Readiness, Activity and Sleep.
6. Oura Ring 5, Oura's newest ring

Oura's store opens on the Ring 5, which it calls the world's smallest smart ring. The Silver and Black finishes are $399, and Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold and Deep Rose are $499. Oura says the ring tracks more than 50 health metrics and gives 6 to 9 days of battery life. Its charging case is sold separately for $99, and Oura says a full day of battery takes 10 minutes in the case. Oura's Ring 5 Silver page
- Pro: Oura's newest ring, with a longer battery claim than the Ring 4.
- Con: the highest 24-month total in the table, tied with the Ring 4 Ceramic at $538.98 on the annual plan.
7. Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, the Ring 4 plan in a ceramic finish

Oura's Ring 4 Ceramic page lists the ring in Midnight and Cloud on its US store, read November 4, 2026. Oura's product data marks $499 as a strikethrough price, and the page does not label it, so this page does not treat it as a list price. Oura says the battery lasts 5 to 8 days, the same as the Ring 4 Silver, and the membership and 1-year protection plan match. Oura's Ring 4 Ceramic page
- Pro: the same 24-month total as the Ring 5, $538.98.
- Con: it ranks below the Ring 5 on the battery tie-break, and the full app still needs the membership.
Subscriptions: what each ring needs to keep working
Oura is the only maker here whose app drops to three scores without a membership. Its membership page and support article both list the same two US prices. The support article says that without an active membership you keep your ring battery, basic profile, app settings and the Explore content, but you see only the three daily scores.
Ultrahuman's Ring PRO has no subscription fee, according to its FAQ. For rings without a monthly plan from other makers, see our list of smart rings without a subscription. Its optional Max add-on is sold on the Ring PRO buy page as 3 months for $29.97 or 1 year for $99.99. Single PowerPlugs on its PowerPlugs page are priced by the month, such as $2.90 for Cardio Adaptability and $6.90 for Tesla Sync.

The totals are Dupple data, computed from vendor prices read on November 4, 2026. Oura annual: $69.99 for one year, and $69.99 x 2 = $139.98 for two years. Oura monthly: $5.99 x 12 = $71.88, and $5.99 x 24 = $143.76. Each total adds the ring's US price. The table does not deduct Oura's free first month for new members, and it leaves out delivery fees: Ultrahuman lists $15 to your door, and Dupple did not confirm delivery fees for Oura or RingConn.
The Ring PRO's total stays flat at $479 with no plan. Ultrahuman's Max add-on is optional and sits outside the table: on yearly billing it adds $199.98 over 24 months ($99.99 x 2), which takes the Ring PRO to $678.98. See the Max options on Ultrahuman's US store, which sits next to the ring on its buy page.
Ultrahuman Ring PRO against each Oura ring
Against the Ring 4, the Oura ring is cheaper for the first year. On the annual plan the Ring 4 totals $418.99 after 12 months, which is $60.01 less than the Ring PRO's $479. The totals cross at the second annual charge in month 13, when the Ring 4 reaches $488.98. Over 24 months the Ring PRO is cheaper by $9.98 on the annual plan and by $13.76 on the monthly plan.
Against the Ring 5, the Ring PRO is cheaper over two years but not over one. The Ring 5 totals $468.99 after 12 months, $10.01 less than the Ring PRO, and $538.98 after 24 months, which is $59.98 more.
The battery claims favour the Ring PRO. Ultrahuman says up to 15 days, against 6 to 9 days for the Ring 5 and 5 to 8 days for the Ring 4, all as each maker states them. Ultrahuman lists temperature, a redesigned PPG sensor and a 6-axis IMU for the Ring PRO. Oura's pages read here do not list its sensors, so this page compares battery claims, not sensors.
On fit, both brands offer a free sizing kit. Ultrahuman's buy page says its kit is yours to keep, with no returns required, and Oura's store says its sizes differ slightly from standard ring sizes.
Can you buy each ring in the US today?
Oura, which brought the case at the US International Trade Commission (ITC), says in its October 21, 2025 post that the ITC's final ruling enforces exclusion and cease-and-desist orders, "effectively banning the import and sale of Ultrahuman smart rings in the U.S." On October 22, 2026, TechCrunch reported that the redesigned Ring PRO had received a favorable ruling from US Customs and Border Protection in March 2026, and that Oura had filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas alleging that the Ring PRO infringes two of its patents, and that it seeks "monetary damages and a permanent injunction that would stop Ultrahuman from selling the ring."
Ultrahuman's US checkout message reads: "currently unable to sell or ship Ring AIR to U.S. addresses." Its US shop lists only the Ring PRO as a ring (read November 4, 2026). Its buy page shows the Ring PRO at $479, with $15 delivery to your door.

FAQ
Is the Ultrahuman Ring AIR a US option, and how does it compare with the Oura Ring 4?
No, not on Ultrahuman's US pages today. Its US checkout message says Ring AIR cannot be sold or shipped to US addresses, and its US shop lists only the Ring PRO as a ring (read November 4, 2026). Ultrahuman's own comparison gives the Ring AIR 4 to 6 days of battery. The head-to-head therefore uses the Ring PRO only.
Does Ultrahuman need a subscription?
No. Its FAQ says there is no subscription fee and that one purchase gives lifelong access to the ring and its data. The optional Max add-on and the single PowerPlugs are extra, and Ultrahuman lists them separately from the ring price.
How much is the Oura membership, and what do you lose without it?
Oura lists $5.99 a month or $69.99 a year in the US, and Oura's Ring 4 page says new members get their first month free. Without an active membership, Oura's support article says you see only the three daily scores, while the ring battery, basic profile, app settings and Explore content still work.
Ultrahuman or RingConn: which costs less and which lasts longer?
RingConn's Gen 2 costs $299, which is $180 less than the Ring PRO at $479, and neither needs a subscription. The Ring PRO claims up to 15 days of battery against 10 to 12 days for the Gen 2. Both are rated 100 m water resistant. RingConn's return window is 14 calendar days, for valid reasons only, while Ultrahuman's is 30 days from delivery with free return shipping.
Which ring lasts longest on a charge?
Each maker's own claim gives the order: Ring PRO up to 15 days, Gen 3 up to 14 days, Gen 2 10 to 12 days, Gen 2 Air up to 10 days, Ring 5 6 to 9 days and Ring 4 5 to 8 days.
Is the Ring 5 worth the extra $50 over the Ring 4?
Only if you want its battery claim and its newer design. On Silver the Ring 5 costs $50 more than the Ring 4, and the gap stays $50 over 24 months on the annual plan. The Ring 5 charging case is a further $99 if you want it.
What is Ultrahuman's return policy?
Ultrahuman's FAQ says you can return the Ring PRO within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied, with the original accessories and the charger, and that return shipping is free. Its warranty is one year from delivery. Oura's return policy was not read for this page.
Methodology
Dupple compared each maker's US pages on November 4, 2026. Ultrahuman's US buy and FAQ pages were read on its US site. RingConn's US product feed and product pages were read on its US Shopify store, in USD. Oura's US store pages, membership page and support article were read with the store set to USD. Dupple has not worn any of these rings.
Rows are ordered by 24-month total: the lowest in-stock US price for each model plus the plan it needs to run for 24 months. Oura's annual plan is used where the maker offers it, and the monthly plan is shown beside it. Each buyer winner is the lowest 24-month total among the rings that meet that buyer's stated need, and no link, sponsorship or review score changes an order. Health and fitness features are quoted as each maker states them, and this page does not test their accuracy. Dupple's editorial policy applies.
