The nine, in ranking order

1. Navimow H220: a 5 of 5 score, with LiDAR, RTK and vision

Navimow H220 robot lawn mower, orange and grey, on a white background.
Image: Navimow

$2,199 on Navimow's US store, in stock, read November 4, 2026.

The page states 0.5 acre recommended, slopes up to 45% (24°), and LiDAR, network RTK and vision navigation with no wire and no antenna. It lists a rain sensor with weather forecasting, a PIN code, GPS tracking, a lifted alarm and 0.22 acre per full charge.

Pros: it scores 5 of 5 on the rule, with a rain sensor and three theft features. Cons: 0.22 acre per charge means a half-acre lawn takes several cycles, and network RTK depends on coverage in your area.

Best for: a half-acre lawn with slopes and no boundary wire, and a buyer who will pay the cellular renewal after year one.

2. Lymow One Plus: tracked drive for uneven ground, with anti-theft GPS

Dupple spec card for Lymow One Plus: $2,599 sale, 100% (45°) slope climbing, 0.57 acre per charge, RTK and VSLAM with no wire.
Dupple spec card

$2,599 sale on Lymow's US store, read November 4, 2026. The product block labels the regular price $3,199.00. The page prints no end date for the sale.

The page states RTK with VSLAM for wire-free navigation, tracked treads rated at 100% (45°) slope climbing, and IPX6 sealing. It says the mower recharges and resumes when rain is detected, and its anti-theft tracking names geo-fence alerts, a device lock and live GPS. Its 1.73 acres per day is, in the page's own footnote, a theoretical laboratory maximum under ideal conditions. The per-charge figure on the page is 0.57 acre.

Pros: the highest rated slope in the table, tracked drive, wire-free navigation, rain detection and GPS anti-theft tracking. Cons: the daily figure is a laboratory maximum, so the 0.57 acre per charge is the better guide to a day's mowing; the page prints no 4G renewal price after the gift year, and the $60 blade figure is a gift value.

Best for: an uneven, bumpy lawn where tracks give more grip than wheels.

Lymow's One Plus page

3. ANTHBOT Genie 1000: the 0.49-acre pick with 4G built in

Dupple spec card for ANTHBOT Genie 1000: $799 sale, 0.49 acre and 45 percent slope, RTK base and anti-theft fence, one year free 4G service.
Dupple spec card

$799 sale on ANTHBOT's US store, read November 4, 2026. The page strikes $1,199.00 beside it, unlabelled, so no list price is used. The offer data lists the price valid until December 31, 2026.

The page states a lawn of up to 2,000 m² (0.49 acre), a 45% (24°) slope, an RTK reference station in the box, a return-when-it-rains setting and an anti-theft digital fence. It also states one year of free 4G service for the Genie 1000 and the Genie 3000.

Pros: the lowest price of the seven models that score 4 or more, a theft fence, and a free first year of 4G. Cons: 0.49 acre is under half an acre, so it misses the size criterion by a small margin. The 4G service renews at $39.99 a year after the free year.

Best for: a lawn near half an acre with slopes, where RTK and built-in 4G matter more than the $100 over the Genie 600e.

4. Navimow X330: the one-acre pick, 50% slope and two years of 4G

Navimow X330 robot lawn mower, grey and orange, on a white background.
Image: Navimow

$2,299 on Navimow's US store, in stock, read November 4, 2026.

The page states a recommended mowing area of 1.0 acre, a maximum slope of 50% (27°) and EFLS 3.0 positioning with RTK coverage, VSLAM and VIO, with no wire. Its weather-adaptive mode uses real-time forecasts to pause mowing and return the mower to its dock ahead of rain, snow or frost. The rule does not count a forecast-driven return as rain detection. Its security section lists outside-of-boundary alarms, lift alerts and GPS tracking in the app, and the connectivity line reads 4G with 2 years free.

Pros: it scores 4 of 5 on the rule, with a 1.0-acre rating, a 50% slope rating and two years of 4G included. Cons: the rain return is driven by forecasts, not a rain sensor, and the page prints no per-charge area and no 4G renewal price.

Best for: a one-acre lawn with slopes and no boundary wire, and a buyer who wants the 4G service free for two years.

5. Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500: vision navigation, no wire, PIN code

Dupple spec card for Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500: $2,599.99 sale, 0.87 acre and 80 percent slope, vision with no wire and no RTK, PIN code and lift-up alert.
Dupple spec card

$2,599.99 (sale price, November 4, 2026) on Dreame's US store (dreametech.com, USD), in stock for the 3500 variant. The page strikes $3,199.99 beside it, unlabelled. Its offer data lists the price valid until November 13, 2026, after November 7, so it is ranked on the sale price.

The page states a 0.87 acre rating, an 80% (38.7°) slope, and OmniSense 3D vision navigation with no RTK and no wires. Its security list names a PIN code lockout, a lift-up alert, 4G real-time tracking and AirTag compatibility. It lists no rain sensor and no return-when-it-rains setting.

Pros: the 80% slope rating is second only to the Lymow's, and the PIN code and lift alert are on the spec sheet. Cons: no rain feature is listed, and the page names three years of complimentary 4G data without a renewal price.

Best for: a steep lawn that needs a wire-free mower with a PIN code, and a buyer who does not need a rain stop.

6. Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000: 80% slope and rain detection, no theft feature

Dupple spec card for Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000: $2,799 sale, 0.75 acre and 80 percent slope, Tri-Fusion with no wire, rain detection and IPX6 waterproof.
Dupple spec card

$2,799 sale on Mammotion's US store, read November 4, 2026. The page prints a sale price with no regular price, and its offer data lists the price valid until November 13, 2026.

The page states a 0.75 acre rating, an 80% (38.6°) slope, Tri-Fusion navigation (360° LiDAR, NetRTK and dual-camera vision) with no wire, and 3 years of free 4G with iNavi service. Its feature grid lists a Rain Detection tile and IPX6 waterproofing, plus smart lift detection, but no alarm, GPS or PIN code.

Pros: an 80% slope rating, a rain detection tile, no boundary wire, and 3 years of 4G included. Cons: the page names rain detection without saying what the mower does next, and the rule counts vendor-stated rain detection; no theft feature is listed; and at $2,799 it costs the most after the Husqvarna.

Best for: a steep, uneven lawn of up to 0.75 acre where the buyer wants NetRTK without a base station.

Mammotion's LUBA 3 AWD page

7. Husqvarna Automower 435 iQ AWD: the big, steep lawn with a choice of boundary

Dupple spec card for Husqvarna Automower 435 iQ AWD: $4,999.99 MSRP, 1.3 acre lawn and 70 percent slope, EPOS station in the box, anti-theft alarm and GPS.
Dupple spec card

$4,999.99 (MSRP) on Husqvarna's US product page, read November 4, 2026.

The page states a lawn size of 1.3 acres (plus or minus 20%), slopes of up to 70%, and a kit that includes an EPOS reference station and a year of free blades. Its boundary options are virtual or physical wire, and it has an anti-theft alarm with GPS tracking in the Connect app.

Pros: a 1.3-acre lawn size, and a physical wire is available if a virtual boundary does not suit the lawn. Cons: the highest price in the table, about $2,401 more than the Lymow One Plus at its sale price. The page says the mower operates "rain or shine" and names no rain sensor or rain return.

Best for: a big, steep lawn that needs an alarm and GPS tracking, and a buyer who wants to choose between a virtual boundary and a wire.

Husqvarna's Automower 435 iQ AWD page

8. ANTHBOT Genie 600e (4G): the lowest price here, with no free 4G year

Dupple spec card for ANTHBOT Genie 600e (4G): $699 sale, 0.22 acre and 45 percent slope, RTK base station in the box, 4G plan from $39.99 a year.
Dupple spec card

$699 sale on ANTHBOT's US store, read November 4, 2026. The product block labels the regular price $1,099.00, and the offer data lists the price valid until December 31, 2026.

The page states a 45% (24°) slope, a lawn of up to 900 m² (0.22 acre), 4G remote control, one RTK reference station in the box, and a return-when-it-rains setting. The anti-theft fence and the free 4G year are listed for the Genie 1000 and 3000, not for this model.

Pros: the lowest price in this table, an RTK base in the box, and 4G available. Cons: the lawn cap is 0.22 acre, and the page lists no theft feature for this model. The 4G service costs $39.99 for one year, $75.99 for two and $107.99 for three, and it has no free year.

Best for: a small, sloped back garden with no wire and a budget of about $700.

9. Navimow i210 AWD: the quarter-acre AWD pick from Navimow

Navimow i2 AWD robot lawn mower product card from Navimow's US store, mowing a lawn.
Image: Navimow

$1,299 on Navimow's US store, in stock, read November 4, 2026. The i206 AWD at $999 (0.15 acre) is not ranked, because its own specification sheet was not read in full.

The page states network RTK with vision, a 45% (24°) slope, a recommended mowing area of 0.25 acre, GPS tracking, a PIN code, an out-of-boundary alarm and a lifted alarm. Its product page says it detects rain, frost, snow, strong wind or heat and returns to charge automatically. Connect+ is included for one year, then renews at $32.90 a year.

Pros: the lowest-priced Navimow in this table, AWD, and no boundary wire. Cons: 0.06 acre per charge and 0.03 acre per hour, with a 120-minute charge, so a quarter-acre lawn needs several cycles. Navimow's comparison grid lists a weather forecast but no rain sensor, so the rule does not count its dock return on rain (spec row "Weather Forecast"), and it scores 3 of 5.

Best for: a quarter-acre lawn with some slope that needs AWD and no wire.

Left out, and why

Navimow's X430 and X450 were sold out on November 4, 2026, so neither is ranked. The X350 ($2,799, 1.5 acres) is the larger size of the same X3 mower; this page carries only the X330 from that line. ANTHBOT's Genie 3000 ($899 sale, 0.89 acre) is sold out on ANTHBOT's US store. Yarbo's US page could not be read today, so no price or spec is printed.

Which costs least after 12 and 24 months?

The H220 and i210 AWD renew Connect+ at $32.90 a year after year one. The X330 has two free years and prints no renewal. Dreame and Mammotion include three years of 4G, and the Husqvarna prints no fee.

Total cost of ownership at 12 and 24 months (Dupple data: computed from vendor prices on November 4, 2026)
Mower Device (Nov 4, 2026) Plan after the free period 12 months 24 months
Navimow H220 $2,199 Connect+ $32.90 a year after year one $2,199.00 $2,231.90
Lymow One Plus $2,599 sale No renewal price printed $2,599.00 $2,599.00 plus an unpriced renewal
ANTHBOT Genie 1000 $799 sale 4G $39.99 a year after year one $799.00 $838.99
Navimow X330 $2,299 2 years of 4G free; no renewal printed $2,299.00 $2,299.00, renewal after year two not printed
Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500 $2,599.99 sale 3 years of 4G data included $2,599.99 $2,599.99
Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000 $2,799 sale 3 years of 4G included $2,799.00 $2,799.00
Husqvarna Automower 435 iQ AWD $4,999.99 (MSRP) No fee printed on the page read $4,999.99 $4,999.99, no fee printed
ANTHBOT Genie 600e (4G) $699 sale 4G $39.99 for 1 year, $75.99 for 2 years $738.99 $774.99
Navimow i210 AWD $1,299 Connect+ $32.90 a year after year one $1,299.00 $1,331.90

The arithmetic, shown once: the H220 adds one $32.90 renewal in year two, so it is $2,199 + $32.90 = $2,231.90, and the i210 AWD is $1,299 + $32.90 = $1,331.90. The X330 has two free years, so its 24-month total is its device price, $2,299.00. The Genie 600e (4G) has no free year, so 12 months is $699 + $39.99 = $738.99 and 24 months is $699 + $75.99 = $774.99 on the two-year plan. The Genie 1000 has one free year, so 24 months is $799 + $39.99 = $838.99. Blades are left out of the totals.

See the Navimow H220 on Navimow's US store for the device price behind the first row.

Verdict: over 24 months, the Genie 600e (4G) is the cheapest model in this table at $774.99, ahead of the Genie 1000 at $838.99.

How to choose a robot lawn mower without a wire

A wire-free mower needs RTK, or a visual and LiDAR map. The Husqvarna can also use a physical wire. The Lymow, the two Genies and the Husqvarna ship with a base station, so the lawn must sit within its range. Navimow's H220 and i210 AWD use network RTK, which works only where coverage exists, so check your postcode first.

Who should buy which

  • Half an acre, slopes, no wire, 5 of 5: Navimow H220, $2,199.
  • Uneven ground with tracks: Lymow One Plus, $2,599 sale; check the 4G renewal first.
  • Half an acre with RTK and 4G, for less: ANTHBOT Genie 1000, $799 sale.
  • One acre, steep, no wire, two free years of 4G: Navimow X330, $2,299.
  • Steep lawn with vision and a PIN code: Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500, $2,599.99 sale.
  • Steep, uneven ground up to 0.75 acre, with rain detection: Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000, $2,799 sale.
  • Big, steep lawn with a boundary choice: Husqvarna Automower 435 iQ AWD, $4,999.99 MSRP.
  • Smallest budget, yard of 0.22 acre or less: ANTHBOT Genie 600e (4G), $699 sale.
  • Quarter-acre AWD lawn, no wire: Navimow i210 AWD, $1,299.

FAQ

Do robot lawn mowers still need a boundary wire?

Not in this table. All nine can run without a physical wire, according to their own pages. The Husqvarna Automower 435 iQ AWD can run a virtual boundary or a physical wire, so it is the only one here where you choose between the two.

Which robot lawn mower handles the steepest slope?

The Lymow One Plus is rated at 100% (45°) on its own page, the steepest rating here. The Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500 (80%, 38.7°) and the Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000 (80%, 38.6°) come next, and the Husqvarna is rated at 70%. The Navimow X330 is rated at 50% (27°), and the H220, the two Genies and the i210 AWD at 45% (24°). A rating is the vendor's maximum, not a promise for every grass type.

What is the cheapest robot lawn mower here that needs no wire?

The ANTHBOT Genie 600e (4G) at $699 on sale is the lowest price in this table. ANTHBOT's Genie page labels the regular price $1,099.00, and its offer data lists the sale price valid until December 31, 2026. Its 4G service, which the Genie needs for remote control away from Wi-Fi, costs $39.99 for one year, and this model has no free year.

Do I need an RTK base station?

The Lymow One Plus, the two ANTHBOT Genies and the Husqvarna 435 include a base in the box; the Lymow's box lists an RTK reference station and a radio antenna. The H220 and i210 AWD use network RTK, which needs no base but needs coverage. The X330 page cites dual base stations, but its box contents are images only, so the base supply is not confirmed. The Dreame uses vision and no RTK.

Do these mowers need a monthly subscription?

No monthly fee appears on any page read. The cellular plans are annual or multi-year, and the cost table gives each renewal. The Lymow's first year of 4G is a gift with no printed renewal, the X330 prints no renewal after two years, and the Husqvarna page prints no fee for Automower Connect.

Which robot lawn mower works in the rain?

Five models count on the rule: the Navimow H220 (rain sensor plus forecasting), the two ANTHBOT Genies (built-in rain sensor), the Lymow One Plus (recharges and resumes when rain is detected) and the Mammotion LUBA 3 (a Rain Detection tile). The Navimow X330 and i210 AWD return on weather forecasts with no rain sensor listed, so they do not count. The Husqvarna says it operates rain or shine, and the Dreame lists no rain feature.

Methodology

Nine current robot lawn mowers were compared on each vendor's own US store or pricing page, read on November 4, 2026. Sale end dates are the offer-data dates: November 13, 2026 (Dreame, Mammotion) and December 31, 2026 (both ANTHBOT Genies); the Lymow sale shows none.

Ranking rule. Each mower scores one point per criterion met, from 0 to 5, read from the vendor's own page: (a) wire-free navigation with RTK, vision or LiDAR; (b) a rated maximum slope of at least 45% or 24 degrees; (c) a rated lawn size of at least 0.5 acre (for the Lymow, a daily capacity of at least 0.5 acre, which Lymow calls a theoretical laboratory maximum; its 0.57 acre per charge also clears 0.5 acre); (d) a rain sensor or rain detection stated by the vendor (the mower detects rain itself); a dock return driven by a weather forecast does not count (X330, i210); (e) a theft feature with GPS, an alarm, a PIN code or a 4G security mode. Models sold out on November 4, 2026 are not ranked. Ties go to the lower price shown today.

Scores: H220 5; Lymow One Plus 5; Genie 1000 4; X330 4; Dreame A3 AWD Pro 3500 4; Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000 4; Husqvarna 435 iQ AWD 4; Genie 600e (4G) 3; i210 AWD 3. Within each score, the lower price comes first: the 5-point group runs $2,199, $2,599; the 4-point group runs $799, $2,299, $2,599.99, $2,799, $4,999.99; the 3-point group runs $699, $1,299.

No paid placement decides the order. Dupple has no test lab, so none of these mowers was run in a yard for this page.
