What Is Jubilee?

Jubilee is the SaaS platform for beauty professionals and salons that combines online booking, client management, treatment notes, marketing automation, and point-of-sale into one app. The product targets independent beauticians, small salons, and multi-location chains in the beauty and wellness space.

The pitch is everything a beauty business needs without juggling separate booking, CRM, and POS systems. Mindbody and Vagaro target similar markets but with broader fitness coverage. Jubilee focuses specifically on beauty workflows: hair color formulas, treatment photo tracking, gel manicure histories, eyelash mapping.

The platform handles the entire client lifecycle. Clients discover services through your booking page, book online, receive automated reminders, get treated, pay through integrated POS, leave reviews, and receive follow-up marketing. Beauticians manage everything from a single dashboard or mobile app.

How Jubilee Works

Set up your services with durations, prices, and required materials. Add staff with their schedules and service capabilities (not every stylist does balayage). Configure booking rules: how far in advance clients can book, cancellation policies, deposit requirements for high-value services.

Clients book online through your custom booking page or via the Jubilee mobile app. They select service, stylist, and time. Automated reminders reduce no-shows. Day-of automation prompts clients to check in, fill any forms, and pay.

Client profiles store treatment histories, color formulas, product preferences, allergies, and photos from previous visits. Beauticians review the history before each appointment so they can deliver consistent results across visits.

The integrated POS handles checkout. Take cards through Stripe, log tips, sell retail products, apply discounts. Inventory tracks for retail products and in-service materials.

Marketing automation handles birthday discounts, win-back campaigns for lapsed clients, post-service review requests, and announcements for new services or holiday hours.

Jubilee Pricing in 2026

Solo: $39/month annually. Single beautician, full booking and management features.

Team: $79/month annually. Up to 5 staff, advanced reporting, multi-staff scheduling.

Studio: $159/month annually. Unlimited staff, multi-location, advanced marketing automation.

Chain: Custom pricing for multi-location operations.

Payment processing fees apply per transaction (typical 2.6% + $0.10 via Stripe). Volume discounts negotiable for established businesses.

Where Jubilee Wins

  • Beauty-specific features: hair color formulas, treatment photos, product allergies that generic booking tools lack.
  • Polished client experience: branded booking page that feels professional.
  • Integrated POS: checkout, tips, retail sales without separate Square or Clover.
  • Marketing automation: birthday emails and lapsed-client win-backs run automatically.
  • Mobile-first for stylists: works on phones for stylists who do not sit at desks.

Where It Falls Short

  • Less famous than Booksy or Vagaro: clients may not recognize the booking platform.
  • Limited fitness or class scheduling: not designed for yoga, gym, or class-based businesses.
  • Multi-location features only on top tiers: chains pay significantly more.
  • Newer player: less third-party content and community than established competitors.

Booksy dominates beauty booking with a strong consumer-facing app. Clients discover salons through Booksy's marketplace. Higher visibility, less brand control.

Vagaro is the broader beauty + wellness platform. More fitness and class features, less beauty-specific depth.

Fresha offers free booking with revenue from a marketplace and transaction fees. Free-tier appeal trades off against marketplace dependence.

Mindbody targets larger studios and chains with fitness emphasis.

Who Should Use Jubilee

Independent beauticians and stylists: $39/month tier covers solo operators.

Small salons (2-10 staff): Team tier handles most independent salons.

Studios specializing in hair, nails, lashes, or aesthetics: beauty-specific features matter.

Skip it if: you run a fitness studio (use Mindbody or Vagaro), you prefer marketplace exposure (use Booksy), or you need a free option (try Fresha).

How Jubilee works

Jubilee (marketed as Jubilee Pro, built by LegalPRO Systems) is browser-based practice-management and petition-preparation software for US consumer bankruptcy firms. It prepares the Federal Official Forms, walks you through filing, supports Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13, and files electronically into CM/ECF courts. Around the filing itself it bundles case management, court noticing, a client portal, e-signatures, payments and client texting, so a small bankruptcy practice can run a case from intake through discharge without leaving the system.

The core of the product is a step-by-step data-entry interview. You answer questions once and the software auto-populates repeated fields across the forms, with USPS address verification checking what you type and a creditor database pre-filling creditor addresses. Customizable jurisdictional defaults let you set local court quirks once instead of remembering them per case. A Means Test Calculator pulls from the case data to help determine filing options.

Day to day, court notices download automatically and are indexed as searchable email, so you are not pulling them down by hand or hunting through an inbox. Clients get a portal where they upload documents and message the firm securely, and you can text them from the platform with every message stored on the case. Signatures run through SignNow. Card, eCheck and IOLTA-compliant payments run through LawPay, with no per-transaction fee added by Jubilee on top. Vendor hooks cover the bankruptcy-specific errands too: pulling credit reports through Jubilee Credit Services, ordering credit counseling and debtor education, and sending mail-out notice services.

Pricing is published and self-serve. There is a 30-day free trial, then either $95 per case pay-as-you-go with no commitment, or annual bundles running from $995 (36 filings, 2 users) up to $4,995 (500 filings, 5 users), with 150-filing and 300-filing tiers in between at 3 users each.

Where Jubilee wins

  • Chapter coverage beyond the basics. It handles Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 and states compatibility with all CM/ECF courts, so it is not boxed into consumer Chapter 7 and 13 work only.
  • Court notices handle themselves. Automatic download and indexing turns a genuinely tedious daily chore into a searchable archive, rather than a pile of email someone has to triage.
  • Data entry does not repeat. Fields auto-populate across forms, the creditor database pre-fills creditor addresses, and USPS address verification catches bad addresses before they reach the court.
  • The surrounding workflow is native, not bolted on. Client portal with document upload and secure messaging, client SMS stored per case, e-signature and IOLTA-compliant payments all live in the same product, and Jubilee adds no per-transaction fee on payments.
  • Honest, published pricing with a real no-commitment option. The $95 per case route and the 30-day trial mean you can use it without signing an annual contract, which is unusual in legal software.

Where it falls short

  • One jurisdiction, one practice area. This is US bankruptcy only. It does nothing for a firm's non-bankruptcy matters.
  • No free tier and no cheap entry plan. Once the 30-day trial ends it is $95 per case or a four-figure annual commitment, with nothing in between for a growing firm.
  • Annual plans cap seats as well as filings (36/2, 150/3, 300/3, 500/5). Hiring one more paralegal can force a tier jump you did not otherwise need.
  • Key pieces are other people's products. Signatures are SignNow and payments are LawPay, so you inherit those vendors' terms and pricing, and the vendor site does not publish a full integration list beyond the bankruptcy-specific services.
  • No published open API and no general CRM or accounting integrations on the vendor site.
  • A learning curve the vendor itself admits. One attorney testimonial quoted by Jubilee says you need a few months of use before it all makes sense.

Who should use Jubilee

Solo and small US bankruptcy firms and their paralegals who file steadily, and who want petition prep, e-filing, court noticing and client communication under one subscription. If you file regularly, the annual bundles work out cheaply per case and the automatic noticing alone saves real time. If you file occasionally, ignore the annual plans entirely and use the $95 per case option, which is priced for exactly that pattern.

Skip it if bankruptcy is a side line inside a general practice, since you will end up running two systems. Skip it too if your requirement is one platform across multiple practice areas, or if you need an open API and integrations into a wider CRM or accounting stack. Use the 30-day trial to test how the interview and the jurisdictional defaults fit your local courts before you commit to a term.
