What's Not

  • Shopify-only: If you're on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Magento, this won't work for you.
  • Early-stage company: 12 people, one year old. The product is good, but the company's track record is short. If stability matters more than innovation, consider that.
  • Phone-focused: This isn't a full helpdesk. It handles calls, not email/chat/social support. You'll still need Gorgias or Zendesk for everything else.
  • Overage costs add up: At $0.10/min, a store doing 2,000 minutes/month would pay $120 (Pro) + $100 in overage = $220/month. Plan your tier carefully.

Who Gets the Most Value

Shopify merchants selling high-AOV products (furniture, electronics, custom goods) where a phone call can close a $500+ sale. Also strong for stores with high cart abandonment rates where an outbound call within an hour recovers purchases that email campaigns never would.

If you sell $15 t-shirts, the unit economics don't work. The cost per call needs to be justified by the order value.
