Gamma is often described as a combination of Notion and Canva, offering a fresh alternative to traditional presentation software like PowerPoint. It's particularly popular among professionals looking for efficient ways to create engaging content for various purposes, such as company presentations, client pitches, and academic papers.
What’s even cooler is how versatile and interactive Gamma is. You can throw in galleries, videos, charts, and more to make your presentations pop and keep your audience engaged. It’s perfect for collaboration too—working on a project with your team in real-time is a breeze. And when you're done, you can easily export your work as a PDF or PPT file.
Today you will learn how to create a slide deck to present your company/product to anyone in less than 30 minutes in total!
Set up your Gamma environment
We will first go on the Gamma website and create an account.
Fill up every information needed.
Then, click on home and “Create New”. We want to link Gamma to our company website, so we will import our configuration:

Select “Import file or URL” and then “Import from URL”:

Then input your desired URL (here we will use dupple.com, our website!).
Create the presentation
Start creating the presentation (that will be based on your landing page/website) by picking the following option.

Your presentation is already done! Of course, it can appear very "raw" right now. This is why we need to customize it.
Make the presentation fit your needs
It's now time to improve the presentation. Gamma has everything you need to personalize every slide, always with the help of AI.
Pick the tone you would like to use, and describe the kind of people you're making the presentation for (probably investors, or clients!)

You can then pick a theme:

The bulk of the presentation is almost done. Make sure everything fits your needs, change the texts or images if you want to.
Do not hesitate to add your logo or any images you would like to display:

Advanced customization
If you want to improve some slides, use Gamma's AI features to edit them.

Let’s take this section for example:

There's clearly WAY too much text for a presentation. Use the “make shorter” feature to.. make it shorter:

And then use the “make visual” option to automatically generate and add images that will fit the text:

Notice that you can open an existing Gamma generated presentation and edit it with AI to make it fit your needs.
You can also embed some content directly in your presentation.
For example, let’s say I want to insert a way to access directly dupple.com in my presentation. I would click on Embed apps & webpages → webpage.

Note that you can also embed excel sheets, Google drives, Figma content, dynamic diagrams...
Export and share your presentation
Click on “Share” and chose the best option (for example, you can export it immediately as a Powerpoint).
