🤝 Tech giants form Coalition for Secure AILINK
Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, Intel, and other major AI companies have launched the Coalition for Secure AI (CoSAI) to tackle AI security issues.
CoSAI aims to address the fragmented AI security landscape by offering open-source methodologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance security, privacy, and safety.
Additional companies like IBM, PayPal, Cisco, and Anthropic have joined CoSAI, which will operate under the nonprofit OASIS to develop AI security best practices and address challenges.
🔗 Google is closing its URL shortening serviceLINK
Google’s goo.gl URL shortening service links will stop working on August 25th, 2025, resulting in a 404 error message for any such links.
Starting August 23rd, 2024, goo.gl links will display an interstitial page informing users that the link will soon be inactive.
Google advised developers to migrate goo.gl links to Firebase Dynamic Links (FDL) when it first announced the service's shutdown in 2018, although FDL has also been deprecated.
