AI newsletters that sell sponsorships split by reader. Engineers and builders are the stated readers of TLDR AI, The Code and Dupple's AIpresso; executives and business teams are those of The Rundown AI and Superhuman AI. Audience figures here are each publisher's own, read on 2026-11-04, in units that differ.

*Rebuilt on 4 November 2026. The April 2026 edition of this page and the rates and audience figures it printed are retired; every figure below was read on each publisher's own page on 4 November 2026.*

## Quick answer

- On the builders list, TLDR AI states 1.15 million subscribers and The Code 350K+ on its own site (300K+ on Superhuman's pages), each as stated by its publisher, read 2026-11-04.
- On the business list, The Rundown AI states 2.1M, Superhuman AI 1M+, The Deep View 750,000 readers, The Neuron 700,000 subscribers and Ben's Bites 150k+.
- Role percentages appear only on the business side: 45.9% founders, C-level and/or execs at The Rundown AI, 40% C-Level, VP and Director among Superhuman's US subscribers, 75% Director+ at The Neuron and 27% exec, VP or director at Ben's Bites. No builder title publishes one for itself (TLDR's 22% VP-level or above covers its 14 newsletters together).
- Three titles describe a dedicated or whole-issue email: The Rundown AI, The Neuron and AIpresso.
- This page prints no rates; Dupple's are in the [media kit](https://go.dupple.com/media-kit).

Dupple publishes Techpresso, AIpresso, Devshot, Cyberpresso, Finpresso and MarketingShot, and sells sponsorships in them. Every title below, AIpresso included, is held to one inclusion rule, one ordering rule and one source standard.

**Dupple data:** of the 8 newsletters in the two tables, read on 2026-11-04, all 8 state an audience figure on their own pages, 6 state an open rate, 4 publish a role or seniority percentage, 3 describe a dedicated or whole-issue email, and 3 print two different figures for their own audience on two pages (The Code, The Neuron, Ben's Bites).

**Dupple data:** our post-signup quiz asked new subscribers about AI tools between 5 August and 3 November 2026; 28,509 answered and 56.5% of them pay for at least one. Claude Pro leads ChatGPT Plus among 2,035 technology and engineering respondents (37.5% against 31.7%), and ChatGPT Plus leads Claude Pro among 7,590 founders and C-suite (44.5% against 38.0%). These are self-reported answers, not one list's readers.

## AI newsletters for builders and engineers

Builders are people who build with models, APIs and machine learning; a title sits here when its publisher's description names engineers, builders or researchers first.

Order, in both tables: by the audience figure each publisher states for that one newsletter on its own site, largest first. Network totals and figures that add podcast, video or another newsletter do not count; where a publisher's pages give two figures, the larger sets the place and both are printed; no figure means last; the units differ. Checked 2026-11-04.

*AI newsletters for builders and engineers: Best AI Newsletters to Advertise In (2026): For Builders and for Business Teams. Checked November 2026.*

| Newsletter | Publisher | Audience as stated (unit, read date) | Who reads it (as the publisher describes them) | Formats sold | Dedicated send | Sponsor page |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| TLDR AI | TLDR | 1.15 million subscribers, 47% open rate (TLDR, read 2026-11-04) | AI, machine learning and data science professionals: ML and AI engineers, researchers, data scientists, technical leaders | Quick Links, Secondary, Primary; 3 advertisers max per issue | Not stated | [TLDR advertise](https://advertise.tldr.tech/), [AI Engineers page](https://advertise.tldr.tech/audiences/ai-engineers/) |
| The Code | Superhuman | 350K+ CTOs and developers (The Code's site); 300K+ readers (Superhuman's pages); read 2026-11-04 | Software engineers, tech leads and CTOs; CTOs, VPs of Engineering, technical builders | Not stated for The Code | Not stated | [Superhuman advertise](https://advertise.superhuman.ai/) |
| AIpresso | Dupple | 28,000+ subscribers, 31% average open rate, Beehiiv as of November 1, 2026 | AI engineers, founders, product leaders, researchers | Four packages of Primary Ads and Dedicated Sends | Yes (Dedicated Send) | [AIpresso page](https://dupple.com/advertise/aipresso) |

### TLDR AI: ML engineers and AI builders

TLDR describes TLDR AI as "launches, innovations, and research for AI, machine learning, and data science professionals", with 1.15 million subscribers and a 47% open rate (as stated by TLDR, read 2026-11-04). Its AI Engineers page names ML and AI engineers, researchers, data scientists and technical leaders such as CTOs. Each issue carries at most 3 advertisers, and the longest placement, Primary, is up to 100 words.

**Pros**

- A size and an open rate for this title alone.
- Names its readers, from engineers to heads of ML.

**Cons**

- Rates are not on the page: TLDR builds a custom proposal by newsletter, placement and sends booked.
- The 22% VP-level or above share on its advertise page is stated for TLDR's 8 million tech professionals across 14 newsletters, not for TLDR AI alone.

### The Code: CTOs and engineers (Superhuman)

The Code is Superhuman's AI-engineering newsletter for "CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and the technical builders evaluating your stack", with 300K+ readers (as stated by Superhuman, read 2026-11-04). The Code's own site says 350K+ CTOs and developers.

**Pros**

- Developer and infrastructure tools are named as a fit.
- Sold with Superhuman AI; the FAQ says most sponsors test both.

**Cons**

- Two sizes: 300K+ on Superhuman's pages, 350K+ on The Code's own site.
- No open rate, placement list or ad length is stated for The Code itself.

### AIpresso (Dupple): AI engineers and founders

AIpresso is Dupple's daily AI newsletter, with 28,000+ subscribers and a 31% average open rate (Beehiiv, as of November 1, 2026). Its [sponsor page](https://dupple.com/advertise/aipresso) lists AI engineers first among readers, so it sits here. It sells four flat-rate packages, from one Dedicated Send to two weeks of Primary Ads with two Dedicated Sends, and caps sponsors at 3 per issue.

**Pros**

- A 5.8% click-to-open rate on the Beehiiv API read of 2026-11-01, the highest of Dupple's six lists ([benchmarks](https://dupple.com/learn/newsletter-engagement-benchmarks)).
- The only builder title whose page names a dedicated send (a separate email given wholly to one advertiser).

**Cons**

- The smallest audience here, against 1.15 million and 350K+ for the other two.
- Rates sit in a media kit emailed after a form.

## AI newsletters for business users and leaders

Business users and leaders are executives, managers and teams adopting AI at work. A title sits here when its publisher names founders, executives, business professionals or leaders first, or puts a percentage on them. Same order rule.

*AI newsletters for business users and leaders: Best AI Newsletters to Advertise In (2026): For Builders and for Business Teams. Checked November 2026.*

| Newsletter | Publisher | Audience as stated (unit, read date) | Who reads it (as the publisher describes them) | Formats sold | Dedicated send | Sponsor page |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| The Rundown AI | The Rundown AI, Inc. | 54.8% open rate; size given as 2.1M subscribers in a heading and 2.1M+ daily active readers in the text (The Rundown AI, read 2026-11-04) | Highly skilled professionals and executives in tech, engineering, product and business (publisher's wording); 45.9% Founders, C-level and/or Execs | Main Ad, Secondary Ad, Full Email Takeover | Yes (Full Email Takeover, Sundays) | [therundown.ai](https://www.therundown.ai/advertise-with-us) |
| Superhuman AI | Superhuman | 1M+ for Superhuman AI alone (the 1.3M+ headline adds The Code); open rate 45%+ and 49% on two pages; read 2026-11-04 | Business professionals adopting AI at work; 40% C-Level, VP and Director among US subscribers | Primary Ad, Sponsored Tutorial, Spotlight Ad, Featured Tool; 4 sponsors max per issue | Not stated | [advertise.superhuman.ai](https://advertise.superhuman.ai/) |
| The Deep View | The Deep View | 750K "total readers" (Partnerships page); "over 750,000" (About page); no open rate; read 2026-11-04 | Professionals and leaders; readers named at Google, Meta, Microsoft and a16z; reader quotes from an engineer, a director, a product manager | Email partnerships ("strategic newsletter placements or dedicated campaigns"), branded content, audio, social | Not stated as a send | [thedeepview.com](https://www.thedeepview.com/sponsor) |
| The Neuron | TechnologyAdvice | Advertise page: 700,000 subscribers, 45% opens, 6% clicks. Media kit: 1.2M+ daily readers and viewers across newsletters, podcasts and video; read 2026-11-04 | Business and technology leaders; business leaders, developers and IT leaders; media kit: 75% Director+ | Newsletter placements, Deep Dives, podcast and video sponsorships | Yes (Deep Dives, "Dedicated Emails") | [Neuron advertise](https://www.theneurondaily.com/c/advertise), [media kit](https://www.theneuron.ai/get-media-kit/) |
| Ben's Bites | Ben's Bites | Sponsor page header: 150k+ subscribers, 37% open rate. Media kit (Q4 2026): 120,000+ active subscribers, 37,000 average unique opens per send (31%); read 2026-11-04 | Entrepreneurs, founders, engineers, marketers; media kit: 27% exec, VP or director, 13% founder or C-level | Primary, Secondary and Top tools placements | Not stated | [ads.bensbites.com](https://ads.bensbites.com/), [media kit](https://gamma.app/docs/Bens-Bites-Media-Kit-m4kx901lfg73d4q) |

### The Rundown AI: professionals and executives in tech and business

The Rundown AI gives its size twice, as 2.1M subscribers (a heading) and 2.1M+ daily active readers (the text), and states a 54.8% open rate (as stated by The Rundown AI, read 2026-11-04). It describes professionals and executives in tech, engineering, product and business, so it spans both groups; it sits here because the page quantifies executives and not engineers.

**Pros**

- States 45.9% founders, C-level and/or execs, and 26.7% at companies with 1000+ employees.
- Sells a whole-issue Full Email Takeover, stated at 25,000 to 50,000 clicks.

**Cons**

- The Takeover is Sundays only and "reserved for select partners".
- No engineer share, so builder reach cannot be read from the page.

### Superhuman AI: business professionals adopting AI at work

Superhuman's pages give 1M+ for Superhuman AI itself; the 1.3M+ headline adds The Code's 300K+ (as stated by Superhuman, read 2026-11-04). It describes "founders, executives, marketers, operators, and product leaders". It lists four placements, with at most 4 sponsors per issue; the Sponsored Tutorial is "only for selected brands".

**Pros**

- Seniority: 40% C-Level, VP and Director and 21% senior managers, among US subscribers.
- Ad-length limits of 550, 350 and 150 characters on three placements.

**Cons**

- Two open rates: 49% in the audience page's introduction, 45%+ in its stat block and on the advertise page.
- States its limits: no consumer-only products without a work use, no one-to-one account-list targeting.

### The Deep View: professionals and leaders

The Deep View's Partnerships page gives 750K "total readers" and its About page "over 750,000 curious minds" (as stated by The Deep View, read 2026-11-04). Its About page calls readers "professionals" and "leaders", and the Partnerships page shows quotes from an engineer, a director and a product manager, so it spans both groups. Its email offer is "strategic newsletter placements or dedicated campaigns", with no send named.

**Pros**

- The About and partnership pages agree on 750,000.
- The media kit sent after the form is said to include a decision-maker breakdown.

**Cons**

- Other headline numbers on the Partnerships page (a monthly footprint, monthly impressions) are not defined, so none is used here.
- No slot count, ad length or open rate on the pages read.

### The Neuron: business and technology leaders

On The Neuron's advertise page the key statistics are 700,000 subscribers, 45% opens and a 6% click rate (as stated by The Neuron, read 2026-11-04). Its media kit counts 1.2M+ daily readers and viewers over newsletters, podcasts and video, and names "business leaders, developers, and IT leaders", so it spans both groups.

**Pros**

- States ad click-through rates of 1% to 6% by product.
- Sells podcast sponsorships and custom Tech Talk videos beyond the inbox.

**Cons**

- The 75% Director+ share sits on a page covering newsletters, podcasts and video together.
- The route in is "connect with a sales rep"; no slot count or ad length is public.

### Ben's Bites: founders, engineers and marketers

The header of Ben's Bites' sponsor page reads "150k+ subscribers · 37% open rate · Tuesdays & Thursdays", while the Q4 2026 media kit it links to counts 120,000+ active subscribers and 37,000 average unique opens per send, 31% (as stated by Ben's Bites, read 2026-11-04). The kit's reader list is entrepreneurs, startup founders, engineers and marketers, so the title spans both groups.

**Pros**

- Role shares in the kit: 27% exec, VP or director, and 13% founder or C-level.
- Explicit limits: Primary up to 300 characters, Top tools up to 140.

**Cons**

- The Secondary placement "cannot be a promo or product launch".
- The two pages disagree on subscribers (150k+ against 120,000+) and on opens (37% against 31% unique).

## Which list fits which AI product?

These lines restate publishers' own descriptions and rate no product.

**An API, model, infrastructure or developer tool** goes first on the builders list. TLDR's AI Engineers page names engineers and technical leaders who make platform decisions, Superhuman lists developer and infrastructure tools as a fit for The Code, and AIpresso lists AI engineers first.

**An AI app that business teams buy** goes first on the business list. Superhuman lists "B2B software and AI products bought by marketers, operators, or executives" as a fit, and says consumer-only products with no clear use at work are not. The Rundown AI states 45.9% founders, C-level and/or execs.

**Both sides:** The Rundown AI, The Neuron, Ben's Bites and The Deep View describe readers on both, and Superhuman sells one list per side, so ask for the role breakdown.

A developer-only product fits the [developer newsletter guide](https://dupple.com/learn/best-developer-newsletters-to-advertise-in) better, and a mixed tech and AI audience, Techpresso included, the [tech and AI guide](https://dupple.com/learn/best-tech-newsletters-to-advertise-in). For the campaign itself, see [How to Promote Your AI Tool](https://dupple.com/learn/how-to-promote-your-ai-tool) and our [SaaS advertising page](https://dupple.com/advertise/saas).

## What do new Dupple subscribers already pay for in AI?

**Dupple data:** new subscribers answer a short quiz right after sign-up. Its AI-tools question drew 28,509 answers from 5 August to 3 November 2026, about one respondent in five.

*What do new Dupple subscribers already pay for in AI?: Best AI Newsletters to Advertise In (2026): For Builders and for Business Teams. Checked November 2026.*

| Segment (quiz answers, 5 Aug to 3 Nov 2026) | Answered | Pay for at least one AI tool | Most common paid tools (a person can name several) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| All respondents | 28,509 | 56.5% | ChatGPT Plus 33.3%, Claude Pro 30.5% |
| Technology industry | 7,225 | 61.3% | Claude Pro 35.6%, ChatGPT Plus 31.6% |
| Technology industry, Engineering and Software Development role | 2,035 | 65.4% | Claude Pro 37.5%, ChatGPT Plus 31.7%, GitHub Copilot 7.5% |
| Founders and C-suite, any industry | 7,590 | 70.4% | ChatGPT Plus 44.5%, Claude Pro 38.0% |

Claude Pro is named most often by technology and engineering respondents, ChatGPT Plus by founders and C-suite. Most of both groups (65.4% and 70.4%) already pay for at least one AI tool, so an AI advertiser's pitch to them reaches people who mostly pay for an AI tool already.

These are self-reported answers from new subscribers across all Dupple newsletters who chose to answer. They are not any newsletter's readership, do not show which newsletter a person reads, and are not a market share. Method and downloads: [audience and lead data page](https://dupple.com/advertise/data).

## Which AI newsletters sell a dedicated or whole-issue email?

Three titles describe one on their own pages: The Rundown AI (a Full Email Takeover, Sundays), The Neuron (Deep Dives, its "Dedicated Emails") and AIpresso (a Dedicated Send, 100% one brand; see the [Dedicated Send page](https://dupple.com/advertise/dedicated-send), a format Techpresso also sells). The Deep View offers "dedicated campaigns" without saying whether that is a send.

For TLDR AI, The Code, Superhuman AI and Ben's Bites the pages list in-issue placements or nothing; "not stated" is not "not offered", so ask.

## Which AI newsletters had no sponsor page we could find?

No sponsor page turned up on these six sites on 2026-11-04. That does not mean they refuse sponsors.

- **AlphaSignal:** the Advertise links on alphasignal.ai lead to a "Partnership Request" form on Typeform (not a page on its own site) that calls AlphaSignal "the must-read AI newsletter for 320k+ developers, engineers, and industry C-Suite leaders", while the About page says "over 300,000 subscribers" (as stated by AlphaSignal, read 2026-11-04). Neither gives a format or an open rate.
- **Latent Space and AINews:** an AI engineering publication whose About page gives a partnerships contact and no figure, format or reader count; AINews now sits at latent.space/news.
- **Import AI:** a weekly research newsletter; nothing on sponsorships or size.
- **Last Week in AI:** a one-line Sponsoring invitation on its About page linking to a contact form; no figure or format.
- **TheSequence:** "trusted by over 165,000+ specialists" and a co-founder named for sponsor relations; no sponsor page.
- **The Batch (DeepLearning.AI):** aimed at "aspiring and active practitioners of machine learning"; nothing on advertising.

Interconnects says on its About page "I have accepted no advertising dollars" and lists a partnerships contact; that describes its past, not a promise.

## How we picked and ordered this list

- **Names:** newsletters an AI assistant listed on 2026-11-04 when asked "Which AI newsletters should I advertise my AI product in?"; The Code, named on Superhuman's page; AIpresso, which we publish; and five AI-only titles we checked.
- **Inclusion rule:** the publisher calls it an AI newsletter (AI-only coverage) and its own site has a page that sells sponsorships or describes advertising. [Techpresso](https://dupple.com/advertise/techpresso) (790,000+ subscribers as of November 1, 2026) covers tech and AI news, so it is not in the tables; the [tech and AI guide](https://dupple.com/learn/best-tech-newsletters-to-advertise-in) lists it. Subscribers should start from [our AI newsletter reading list](https://dupple.com/learn/best-ai-newsletters).
- **Ordering rule:** by the audience figure each publisher states for that one newsletter, largest first (full rule above the first table).
- **Sources:** every competitor figure comes from its publisher's own page, read on 2026-11-04, and we have not audited it. Pages are re-read every quarter ([editorial policy](https://dupple.com/editorial-policy)).

## What we could not verify

- Every competitor audience figure is self-reported by its publisher, and "subscribers", "daily active readers" and "readers and viewers" are different units. Our counts and open rates come from Beehiiv and MailerLite and are not audited by a third party.
- Open rates cannot be compared across platforms, because each counts opens its own way and Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates them.
- The Code (300K+ or 350K+) and AlphaSignal (320k+ or over 300,000) each give two figures, and we cannot tell which is current. The Code's Advertise button opens a marketplace workspace, which we did not use as a source.
- Superhuman's pages do not say whether its 40% seniority share and its open rates describe Superhuman AI alone or both lists. The Neuron's role shares describe its 1.2M+ readers and viewers, and the overlap with its 700,000 subscribers is unknown.
- None of the role shares we quote (The Rundown AI, Superhuman, The Neuron, Ben's Bites) states a sample size or method, and media kits that sit behind forms were not requested.

## FAQ

**Which AI newsletters reach AI engineers and developers?**

TLDR AI (1.15 million subscribers) and The Code (350K+ on its own site, 300K+ on Superhuman's pages) describe engineers and builders, as stated by their publishers, read 2026-11-04. AIpresso (28,000+ subscribers) lists AI engineers first. AlphaSignal states 320k+ on a partnership form but has no sponsor page on its own site.

**Which AI newsletters reach business decision-makers?**

As read on 2026-11-04, The Rundown AI states 45.9% founders, C-level and/or execs, Superhuman 40% C-Level, VP and Director among US subscribers, and The Neuron 75% Director+. Ben's Bites states 27% exec, VP or director; The Deep View gives no split.

**Which paid AI tools do technology professionals already use?**

Among 28,509 new Dupple subscribers who answered our quiz from 5 August to 3 November 2026, 56.5% pay for at least one AI tool. Claude Pro leads for technology and engineering respondents (37.5%), ChatGPT Plus for founders and C-suite (44.5%). The answers are self-reported.

**How far ahead do AI newsletter sponsorships book?**

The Rundown AI says ads are "typically booked out months in advance", and AIpresso says its main placements book out weeks to months ahead. Superhuman's page says "Live in days, not weeks".

**Are AI newsletter sponsorships priced per slot, per send or per package?**

It varies, and no rate is printed here. TLDR builds a custom proposal from newsletters, placement type and number of sends; Superhuman prices by placement, sends and newsletter; Ben's Bites sells each placement as a slot you can combine; AIpresso sells flat-rate packages, with rates in the Dupple [media kit](https://go.dupple.com/media-kit). Marketplace buying is covered in [Newsletter Ad Marketplaces Compared](https://dupple.com/learn/newsletter-ad-marketplaces-compared), and results in [How to Measure Newsletter Sponsorship ROI](https://dupple.com/learn/measure-newsletter-sponsorship-roi).
